The award winning movie producer is afraid he may not live long because of his obsession with film making.
The workaholic filmmaker who is presently shooting the well anticipated ‘October One’ movie took to his facebook page recently and said:

‘My Obsession with filmmaking makes me think I may not live long’ he wrote, immediately adding that ‘I forbid it though’.
‘I got back to Lagos yesternight very tired and sleepy after 42days of shoot, got home ate then went to bed. All I see throughout my sleep are the shots I took and those that I felt I should have done differently. Woke up this morning and all I have in my head is the deadline of the trailer release which in October 1, 2013, in about 11 days and the completion of the whole project. Yes, am very passionate about film making but I think being too obsessed is not healthy. What do you guys think?’
NET reports that there have been fears from some of his associates that Afolayan’s obsession for his latest project could wear him out as in the last couple of months, he has worked tirelessly to make sure that the movie is released before year end.

[b]A teacher has been accused of having sex with 12-year-old boy.
She claims she sent him P0*nographic texts messages as “s*xual therapy” to motivate him to be a better student.

“That was my purpose, to gain his attention. And yes, I did it in an inappropriate way,” Ethel Anderson, who was 29 at the time the abuse began, said in court.

According to reports, over 230 pages of sexually explicit text messages were sent between the teacher and student.

According to Bay News 9, prosecutors obtained more than 230 pages of sexually explicit text messages between the teacher and student.

Although she admitted sending the texts, she denied any contact occurred, and claimed the victim threatened to turn her in.

The victim, now 14, also testified about the alleged abuse on Tuesday.

“We sat on the couch and we started doing s*xual stuff. At first I told her to stop… she was rubbing on my leg, but then it just led to more,” the victim told the court. “She would say she wanted me so bad and she wanted me to go farther [sic]… I just did not want to lose my virginity to a teacher.”

It was reported that the abuse occurred during math tutoring sessions at Anderson’s home between December 2011 and February 2012.

In testimony, the victim told the court that at the time, he thought he was “living a guy’s dream… [of] dating a teacher,” but that he didn’t tell anyone because he “knew she’d get in trouble.”

If convicted, Anderson faces up to 30 years in prison.[/b]

The satisfactory completion and certification of all line maintenance and defect rectification work required by Arik Air or other contracted operators/customers, in accordance with the work specification.

Ensuring that the organisation’s procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out maintenance.
Ensuring, through the workforce under his control, that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to a standard acceptable to the organisation and the NCAA.
Ensuring the competence of all personnel engaged in maintenance by establishing a programme of training and continuation training using :-
Internal and external sources.
On-the-job instruction and evaluation.
Examination/testing as necessary
Keeping a record of all training and experience of maintenance-related personnel.
Ensuring that all sub-contract orders are correctly detailed and that the requirements of the contract/order are fulfilled in respect of inspection and quality control.
Responding to quality deficiencies in the area of activity for which he is responsible, which arise from independent quality audits.

[b]It is now obvious to President Goodluck Jonathan that he cannot win the 2015 presidential election with just 10 PDP governors loyal to him and probably One governor from APGA and Labour Party.

Consequently, President Jonathan has pleaded with Governor Rotimi Amaechi and other members of the G-7 group not to dump him and the PDP for the opposition APC
Jonathan, who described Governor Amaechi as his brother, said if Amaechi want peace with him he should stop talking to the media and allow them to settle everything as a big family.
Amaechi said he doesn't have anything against President Jonathan as a person but the actions of people who take orders from him are ridiculing the powers of a governor under the constitution. Amaechi said governors of PDP and other parties voted for him as NGF Chairman, hence he should be recognized as such.
But Jonathan is still afraid that recognizing Amaechi as NGF chairman might be dangerous as the opposition can easily win Amaechi and other G-7 governors over.
As a result, Jonathan refused to agree that Amaechi be recognized as NGF chairman but proposed that they should meet again on October 7, 2013, to appraise the demands.
At the end of the meeting, Governor Liyel Imoke of Cross River sate wrote a statement that was read, as both parties agree to speak less on the problems until they meet again.

The New PDP governors are however suspecting that Jonathan is trying to buy time with his frequent shifting of meeting dates until such a time that it would be too late.[/b]
