Please I need a clear advice on this. I’m on a student visa in the UK and my fiancé is about to file for me. Should she put UK embassy or Nigeria embassy? I will be here for the next 2yrs. Must I come back to Nigeria? This has been the reason why she hasn’t submitted the application. We met in March this year in Nigeria but now, I’m no longer in Nigeria.
Any idea the best thing to do?

Since you’ll be there for the next 2 years you don’t need to move anything to Nigeria
You are not on visit visa.
Do whatever you want to do there
