This is clearly a genetic disorder probably Patau syndrome.. A numerical chromosomal aberration called trisomy 13(extra chromosome instead of 46, having 47).
More than 90% of child with Patau syndrome dies before childhood with most dieing within the first few months after birth.
Symptoms include cleft lip and palate, congenital heart defect, polydactydyl,mental retardation, defects of the GIT, and other developmental defects .

Causes:increase maternity age (usually above 35), virus infection during pregnancy, radiation and some chemical, alcohol consumption during pregnancy and other factors.

@daniel1986. Thanks for your comment. The pain is down around her "pant line". i dont know if that is the area called Pelvic region sha. There are nothing like vomitting etc. she has her normal life. eats well, does her activities as usual but just the pain that slows her down in her chores.
Abdominal scan. i think they had one and the result : Normal echogenic anteverted uterus with central endometrial cavity echo; no gestational sac is seen.there is fluid in the.uterine cavity which is suggestive of inflammation in the uterine cavity( uteritiis).The ovaries and adnexa are normal. The Pouch of Douglas is clear. Conclusion: Uteritiis.

Surely...the baby will be listed.
Just that the processing fee is not needed since he/she is a Canadian already by birth.
The passport document of the baby will be included in the package from where the citizenship can easily be traced/ascertained showing no need of processing fees.
Regardless of the baby's citizenship/payment of processing fees,you MUST list the baby as your dependant since he/she is your biological/adopted child.
Also,make sure you put the baby into consideration when sending evidence of POF...it is essential.
