I have a Homtom HT17 pro android that has refused to power on since last friday. It fell from my hand and the down buttons ie stopped working other parts work fine. So i decide to shut it down with d power button. I powered it again to see whether it will correct the error, but d down button didn't work still. i shut down again. Since then, my phone has not come up. If i plug it to the charger, it did not display, but gets hot. Please help me, what do i do to make it work again.

I took it to the carlcare center in ibadan, but they still couldn't fix it. I think they only major in itel, infinix and tecno phones.

A technician I took it to said one of the IC is bad, and cant be fixed. I wondered why he said so, if he couldn't fixed it that does not mean others can't fixed it. He said my phone, Homtom HT17 pro, is not popular. Do you think he is right that it can't be fixed ?

Another thing I observe is that, if I try to powner it, the exterior becomes hot, don't know why this is so

No, the battery was not down. There was no charging sign when plugged in for charging too.

It fell down in my bedroom carpet and I discovered that the back and home buttons were not responding but other buttons were working. So I forced close with the power button about 2 times. Then I tried to power on only for it to refuse coming up

No, the battery was not down. There was no charging sign when plugged in for charging too.
