Marriage is based on 100% consent.

So if a spouse removes consent and you apply duress, you become liable.

And it is in your legal documents "any act done upon duress, renders that act unlawful and a nullity" High court Laws of States.

So, you see I can convict any person guilty of marital rape in many different ways using your legal documents.

So you are only hiding on the fact that the kings of the land are not yet willing to punish it, exactly as they had not been punishing adultery and bigamy and perjury even though it is contained in your legal documents

P.S. Did you know that rape is considered grounds for dissolution of marriage under Nigeria's Matrimonial Causes Act, and nowhere is the term Marital rape specified?

Rather than engage in this back and forth with me while throwing around conjectures hoping something will stick, you should probably spend your time reviewing the Nigerian Sexual Offences Act of 2010 as well as the Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act of 2015 for the answers as to what Nigerian Law says.

There does not need to be a law specifically on marital rape since the rape law is all that is necessary. For instance, if a woman in a non-marital relationship is enabled by law to accuse even her boyfriend of rape, then a woman in marriage— equally a relationship— is equipped by the same law to do the same— again, these are individuals. A separate marital rape Law becomes necessary if and only if the law specifically states that married individuals lose their right to bodily autonomy. In the Nigerian case, this is not the case.

As for abortion laws in Nigeria, I am not too certain where it is given Nigerians have yet to make a clear decision on such things as far as I know it.

It is about land. A nation needs land to qualify as one. Israel became a nation when the children of Jacob were granted land in Egypt. They multiplied rapidly for four centuries and they became a nation then moved out of Egypt to the peripheral of Egyptian territory which is Israel and Palestine today. If they had given them China that far back they would be over one billion souls today.

What God gave to Moses and the children of Israel in the wilderness, after He took them out of slavery in Egypt was the National Constitution of the Nation of Israel in the Land of Canaan; God of Isreal formed a Nation which He called Israel by way of the Law of Moses.

After the death of Solomon, the original nation of Israel was split into two nations — the northern nation of Israel and the Southern nation of Judae, both of them Israelite nations. The Southern Nation consisted mainly of Israelites of the tribes of Judah, Levi, and Benjamin. whereas the other tribes went with the Northern nation.

So the Jews being a subset of Israel means both the Nation of Israel(before it was split in two) and the Tribes of Israel.
