cyril83: smile! Did you mean you covered almost 2miles in 16mins by mere jogging? ..it is easier said than done, bro there is difference btw jogging and endurance race. Jogging is a form of trotting or running at a slow or leisurely pace. The main intention is to increase physical fitness with less stress on the body than from faster running, or to maintain a steady speed for longer periods of time While Endurance races can be run either to cover a set distance in laps as quickly as possible, or to cover as much distance as possible over a preset amount of time.if truly u covered 3.2km in 16mins that's certainly not jogging but running.

Don't be deceived bro, this stage is the toughest stage in camp,last year 6 pple died during d race and 2 afta d race and almost half couldn't make it to the gate.
