cyril83: smile! Did you mean you covered almost 2miles in 16mins by mere jogging? ..it is easier said than done, bro there is difference btw jogging and endurance race. Jogging is a form of trotting or running at a slow or leisurely pace. The main intention is to increase physical fitness with less stress on the body than from faster running, or to maintain a steady speed for longer periods of time While Endurance races can be run either to cover a set distance in laps as quickly as possible, or to cover as much distance as possible over a preset amount of time.if truly u covered 3.2km in 16mins that's certainly not jogging but running. It is very possible because I have been doing same though mine has been 3.3km in 17mins and around that range while I do 4km in 20mins. Its not just mere jogging, its race and its got a breath control tactic that has to be employed in order to achieve the set goal. Using a sports tracker application like edomonodo will help you track your speed, distance, laps and future progress. I wish to see you all in makurdi alongside myself. |
I wish all of you the best come dis 2013 shortlistment, may God give us all a chance to serve our country and be good citizens. For all those like me who have a burning passion for the army just like me, more grease to your elbows, let's do this. Any cross riverian in the house? Identify yourself |

Been @Ecobank, a branch in ph all morning, you won't believe I had to make them start the whole process cos I was the first person, got to the stage of getting my PIN, the systems went blank, they had to call the Nigerian Army toll free number and they were given instructions on what to do. Finally I still culdnt get it even after satying in the bank from 8.30am to 2.30pm waiting and waiting. Finally I got the tellers number and my deposit slip copy and left, only to call dem dis evening and she's telling me they are still expecting a mail from the Army. I tire for Naija oh. |
