Read with understanding before responding. Every politician uses teleprompters during speeches but not during interviews. You are not supposed to know a question before time during an interview so if Biden was using teleprompters in his TV interviews, that means the Networks have been giving him the questions before the interview starts otherwise how do they know what to type for him on the teleprompter? Biden's spokesman had a chance to simply say no, biden doesn't use teleprompters during tv interviews but he had a meltdown instead of answering the simple question and you know why he did that?
