I believe the water dripping out from the from your exhaust is due to the catalytic converter(aka indomie) doing its job of converting harmful fumes into harmless water.

It doesn’t necessarily mean that engine is sound, it only means that your catalytic converter is intact and working properly.

The V there comes from the arrangement of the plugs and the 4 cylinder engine is arranged vertically, thus it’s called i4

While the 6 cylinder engine is arranged like a V, thus called V6

With that out of the way

Don’t advise anybody to go for a Camry 07-010 i4 engine

They are known for oil burning issues which always leaves the engine in a messy situation and also cost you money always topping oil

The funny thing is that the maintenance isn't that much higher than a V6 camry. The main issue with it is it's body parts. The headlight of that car can buy 3 Camry headlights.

The GS is miles away in every aspect of car manufacturing more than the Camry, even an Avalon of the same year no even reach.

The only downside is maintenance.

To drive this premium ride here in Nigeria, you have to be prepared to cough out premium maintenance money for it.
