How can u as a tenant put tiles without informing your landlord?

What audacity, the tenant was even saying since he has paid for the house he can do whatever he wants with it, haba now

Like how do people reason like this?

The landlord didn't send him to put tiles so it's basically not part of the agreement, y can't the man go n rent house with tiles?

The reason y I can never support the tenant is because it happened to my dad's house but it didn't turn violent, the man was just sued to court to explain the reason for his actions.

At the end of the day he was made to understand that no matter what u do in the house u will never remove it while going.

The reason for this is because some tenants will fix ac, pop, tiles and everything and when they are leaving they will scatter everything in d house all in the name of removing what they did n the landlord will have to spend double their rent to fix it before another tenant can move in

Just lately a man fix solar panel on the roof n when he was leaving they removed it badly that the roof was leaking, his rent was 550k and over 350k was used to fix that.

So I support the landlord on this

The Tenant was definitely wrong for not informing the Landlord first before the tiling,

But you sef no watch the video finish, because if you do, you would have heard that the Landlord slapped him first, hence he smashed his head in self defense.

Besides, tiling without notifying the Landlord was not enough reason to increase the rent by over 300%

And the rent increase was not the reason he physical attacked the landlord, it was because the Landlord slapped him...
