Context. How many pigs are there? How many pens? If it's small outfit starting with just one pen and two pigs, there's no way he can pay more than that. Whoever takes the job will work there for 30-50min every morning before going on this other hustles.

If it is a very small pen as you mentioned, he/she wouldn't need a worker.

Someone will sure accept that pay and do the job, and it doesn't make the pay right.

And it is going to be out of helplessness, and not because they love the pay, or love the job.
