Whether real or imagined, you do not live in a spiritual world, therefore, it is grand folly to engage potentially productive mental resources to the contemplation of spiritual mumbo jumbo that adds Zero positive value to human life and human endeavors.
Yes, humans must always ponder about existence, but why dwell only on the aspects that scare you rather than the aspects that enlighten and empower you?

My frustration is why is it so much easier to see Africans, Nigerians in particular, waxing eloquent about mamiwater, juju, biblical miracles and other spiritual mumbo jumbos than to see them engaging in issues of philosophy, history, astronomy or science?

Our prelediction to magical thinking and our aversion, more like allergic reaction, to science, science education and scientific thinking is greatly responsible for our perrenial underdevepment, and forebodes very ill for the future of the people of the African continent.

Ask yourself, Why in this era, do Africans contribute the least in scientific innovation and output?
Is it because we are genetically inferior to other races, or, is that our minds are cluttered with sooo much garbage that does not allow us to think properly?
Only one answer is Correct.

yes they are but the judgement you talk about in Revelation is not about going to Heaven or Hell. It is a 'decider' of who will be a partaker in the world to come. Where people will be sent in that Judgement day is Lake of Fire....even Hell itself and Death would be cast into it all together. This present hell is just temporary, so also this present heaven. Both shall pass away.
