A 31-year-old woman, Taynara Souza Santos, lost both legs after being hit and dragged for more than a kilometer by the car driven by her ex-partner, in the northern area of São Paulo.

A case of a good Samaritan good wrong

While trying to prevent a bag snatcher from getting away the driver accidental hit the victim making the criminal to get away.

A driver who attempted to intervene during a bag-snatching incident ended up accidentally hitting the victim, allowing the suspect to escape.

According to cctv, the driver noticed the thief running away with the woman’s bag and tried to block his path with the vehicle.

In the chaos, the victim was struck instead, leaving her lifeless. 

The bag snatcher took advantage of the confusion and fled before bystanders could apprehend him.

If that worked, they would’ve implemented it since. A billion dollar company is behind the channel. With that sort of money, tests are carried out to improve services routinely. People hardly watch TV these days. Everyone streams music and other media. People hardly download anymore. Nobody has time to sit and wait for forty-five minutes for their favourite music video to play. I have many other things to distract myself with. Their business model reached maturity stage. This is the end of an era.

Good riddance. I assumed it was only MTV Base Naija this would affect. The company made a killing from 1981 to 2005. 2004 thereabout was the shift to reality TV. They lost relevance immediately after.
