My Dear Brother and sisters in the Lord.
These personal attacks cannot be from our loving Saviour.
Jesus taught the following
Mat_13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Mat_13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
Mat_13:27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
Mat_13:29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Mat_13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.
Mat_13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
Mat_13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Mat_13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

False prophets are merely people who prophesy and the prophesy does not ccome to pass.
False Teachers are teachers

Deu_18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

False Teachers
2Ti_4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

2Pe_2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

If we string these pasages together I believe (and remember this is my opinion and I will never be arrogant to believe that I am the final authority)that It is God who must expose these false teachers not the body if we really believe that the teachings are false enough to cause people losing their salvation the we must pray that God will bring upon them swift destruction as per 2 Pet 2:1

I for one dont believe it is our function to do this i dont see scriptural evidence of any of the apostles calling others satanists pagans etc which is smeared all over the internet.

God will take care of the Tares we must protect the wheat and pray for the body of Christ
