obiomaobinna: you must open account with them before getting the visa debit card.minimum amount to open account with as I do is 5k with STUDENT IDENTITY CARD,NEPA BILL,THREE PASSPORT.but all this is 2011 I don't know about now again whether they will demand for driven lincess or national identity card.for me am a student I told the customer service that am a student I didn't have national I'd but student I'd she told me to bring it: that is how I open account and request for visa debit card used for online transaction...

But the drifta requires u to watch it on ur pc or smartphone which is not so pleasant. Regards.
