The issue is really dicey but I know it surely has its advantage & disadvantage but what I can't still figure out is which of them outweigh the order especially if you want to look at the economic situation of the country. I think the money should have been increase considering the fact that its going to be monthly.

The Governor of Imo state. Rochas Okorocha on the 1st of November 2011 announced the commencement of payment of monthly salary to all primary and secondary school students in the state the salary according to him is for their upkeep. The primary school pupil will receive 100naira, while their secondary school counterpart will receive 120naira. Primary school monitors will receive 120naira while secondary school prefects will receive 150naira by virtue of their position. My fellow niralanders I have this friend that Ȋ̝̊̅§ in serious trouble it started way back in secondary school,he always fall in luv with all ‎​†ђξ female teachers that whenever they are teaching he dosent listen ‎​†ђξ solution then was to change school. now he Ȋ̝̊̅§ in d university most of his lecturers are women.he can't hear them talk cos whem ‎​†ђξ female lecturer Ȋ̝̊̅§ teaching he Ȋ̝̊̅§ dreaming of taking shorts at d keeper(banging) at ‎​†ђξ end he always end up carring ‎​†ђξ course over. but he Ȋ̝̊̅§ intelligent he passes all d course been taught by men.to top it up he never ever approaches any of ‎​†ђξ women.
