There is a Vacancy for job in UAC foods at Ojota but is a factory work o, if you are fit and have stamina, lemme break it down.
The job is a Factory work, and it's 7 to 7 salary is 105 k, with some incentives. But it's only male they are taking for now,
So it's 2 shifts they run.

I work for a company that is very similar to Zillow and AirBnb in that it allows landlords, property managers and real estate agents to post their properties for free. I got hired on as a referral agent and need help via a virtual marketing assistants.

This job is good for those that struggle with English because no conversations in English are required.


I get paid to find property managers, landlords, and real estate agents, message them and list their properties on our site and 2 others. When a potential renter signs up to apply for a property that I found and listed, we get paid. By myself I can garner up a minimum of 50 listings a day and earn at least a commission 1 time (average 3) for each listing via rental application.


I want to expand my reach and help others, plus I don't like working by myself as much as I do with others so I am hiring for Marketing Associates.

3 different roles that you need to be able to do all 3 of:

SMS Outreach - This involves sending out SMS messages to the list we compile. You will only send the initial messages, no conversing with the leads.

Homeowner/Management/Agent Finder - You would be going on Zillow, Hot Pads, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc and getting the contact information of the people listing the properties in the area I specify.

Property Listing - You would be posting the listings that we secured via SMS outreach and property search on our site, our sister site and Facebook Marketplace.

Depending on the day I will have you doing at 1 of these 3 tasks for your shift.

I will mainly be looking for properties as well as closing the deals from the SMS texts that are sent out.

This is also ok if you don't have a computer but it is preferred.

Pay comes in 2 forms. 40,800 NGN/week + commission
The commission is as follows: / or 6800 NGN for every potential renter that fills out a rental application and pays the fee from the listings that you sent a SMS for and listed. Must have done both to receive the commission. 50% if somehow you only sent the lext for the listing but didn't post it. However we will be keen on seeing you do both to get paid for both.

This pays every week and you can work a minimum of 6 hours a day.


Pay preferably is through bitcoin as I'm in the US and fees are lowest for me that way however if you know something that works better for you I am open.



Your shift will start at 2 pm your time and end at 8 pm.


If this is anyway seems too good to be true just know that this is a USA based company and the dollar is worth more so I can pay you more. That being said, I am only hiring the top candidates that respond. All from home. This is best for those that aren't top notch with English writing skills and/or dont have a computer but have plenty of availability with data. If you are sure, and only SURE you have the proficiency in English writing (proper grammar) to do this job yourself and get paid what I get paid, come on board with me for 3 months and we will see if you have the English skills and what it takes to run this on your own or with your own team. If you don't have the English writing skills/computer with high speed internet and you're sure you don't, don't be greedy, apply to work through me.
