I am seeking a highly organized Lead Coordinator to manage the closed testing phase of a new Android application. This is a requirement for the Google Play Store’s 14-day testing policy.
Note: I am hiring ONLY ONE person. This person will be responsible for recruiting and managing 14 unique testers.

The Project Scope
Duration: 14 consecutive days.
Task: Each tester must open and interact with the app for at least 5 minutes daily.
Quantity: 14 distinct testers with 14 unique Android devices.
Management: The Coordinator must set up a WhatsApp group to track daily compliance, answer tester questions, and provide proof of activity.

Rules & Requirements
Strictly Android: All testers must be using Android devices.
Unique Users Only: 14 distinct individuals are required. I will not accept one person using 14 different phones or emulators.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: If even one person misses a day, the 14-day counter resets. The Coordinator must ensure 100% compliance from all participants daily.
Retention: The app must remain installed on all 14 devices for the entire duration of the exercise.

Payment Terms
Budget: ₦100,000 (Fixed).
Schedule: Payment is strictly after completion (once the 14-day testing period is successfully verified by Google Play Console).
Disbursement: The total sum of ₦100,000 will be paid directly to the Lead Coordinator, who will then be responsible for distributing it to their team.

I know a lot of people on this forum are watching NGX closely, so I want to share this trade and break down exactly why I entered — not to hype anyone, but because the reasoning might be useful.


THE TRADE

I took a position in Maybaker (MAYBAKER) on Friday at ₦37. As of today it is trading around ₦44. That is roughly 19% in two trading days.

No tips. No WhatsApp group. No guesswork.



WHAT I SAW BEFORE I ENTERED

1. THE PRICE HAD PULLED BACK BUT THE BUSINESS HADN'T

This is the first thing I always check. Maybaker's price had come down from where it was trading earlier, but when I looked at the fundamentals, nothing had materially changed about the company. The business was still intact. That gap between a falling price and stable fundamentals is usually where the opportunity is.

A lot of Nigerians sell when price drops. Smart money buys when price drops for the wrong reasons.

2. VALUATION LOOKED ATTRACTIVE RELATIVE TO PEERS

I compared Maybaker to other names in the healthcare/pharma space on NGX. The numbers were leaning cheap. Not dirt cheap, but noticeably undervalued relative to what the company was generating. That kind of discount doesn't last forever.

3. SUPPORT WAS HOLDING

The stock had tested a key price level multiple times and held. When a fundamentally sound stock keeps bouncing off the same level, the market is telling you something. I was watching that level for days before I entered.

4. VOLUME WAS QUIETLY BUILDING

This is the one most people miss. Before a stock makes a significant move, volume usually starts picking up before the price does. I noticed accumulation happening in Maybaker quietly. That is usually a sign that somebody who knows something is positioning.

All four signals pointing in the same direction gave me the confidence to enter.

THE LESSON

The crowd finds out about a stock after it has already moved. The data finds it before.

I stopped relying on tips and group chats a while ago. I started looking at valuations, fundamentals, and momentum signals instead. It takes more effort upfront but the results speak for themselves.

Oga for Mowe/Ogun, make you add small details so serious people fit call you (but no drop your phone number for public here):

- Age range + strength level (can you lift cement bags etc)
- Any experience: site labour, block moulding, painting, security, driving, loader, etc
- Availability: immediate / weekends
- How far you fit commute (Mowe, Ibafo, Berger, Ojodu etc)

Also be careful with any offer wey include abuse ("MD fit slap you" — no job worth that. Ask for: exact location, hours, daily pay, and if there’s any accommodation/transport.

Bros if you can relocate for that caregiver job, do two things first:

1) Ask for the exact location + working hours + salary range BEFORE you move.
2) Don’t send money/OTP for “processing” or “transport”. If anybody asks for payment, run.

For foot-delivery without bike in Mowe: your best bet is to target nearby shops/food vendors (small restaurants, supermarkets) that need someone to run short errands within the area.

Also: it helps if you post 3 things clearly:
- Your age range
- Whether you can do night shift
- What areas you can cover (Mowe / Redemption Camp / Ibafo etc.)
