Throwback: Imagine the kind of riff-raffs who disturb our sanity that Obi's mandate was stolen?
The staunch IPOBic terrorists who ensured there was near total support for their tribesman in their region, but deluded themsleves to think he had a chance of becoming President based on tribal votes.
Imagine that one talking about referendum result.
Delusion is a virus that is endemic in those parts.
I laugh in content creator. Anything Biafra give you orgasms But we didn't see your comments during the recent Yoruba nation declaration

—It also proposes reduction in corporate income tax from 30% to 25%.
—Companies with turnover rate below 50million are exempt from paying income tax It makes no difference The VAT increase is real killer |

atobs4real: Are u mad or somethin What of average average income earners? The pain of tax will start from the average income earners to the top Just as every other policies initiated by Tinubu, which have negatively impacted the poor citizen, and have completely wiped out the middle class, there are no exemptions in this new tax bill Are you not aware that the new tax bill proposes an increase in VAT from the current 7.5% to 10% in 2025, and then rises as high as 15% by 2030? You and I both know that VAT is paid by the final consumer, regardless of their income level. |
Politics › Re: Tinubu's tax reform bill only favours Lagos - Borno Gov, Zulum by Bobloco: 4:50am On Dec 02, 2024 |
Why the rush to pass a bill that will have a far-reaching effect on the citizens?
Those opposing this bill are justified because Tinubu has shown time and time again that he is incompetent, and every policy implemented by his government since coming into office has been catastrophic, inflicting severe hunger and starvation on the citizens. |

LegendHero: I am also impressed. All of the Southern states have been really supportive. That is nice even if it’s for this one time.
I don’t think Tinubu care about re-election much. But he should make sure he complete everything. State police is a must and some restructuring should take place before 2027.
I think allocation to oil producing states should go up to 30%, FAAC dependency has made our states poorer because it stiffen real growth.
$5k you work for is better than $5k you got for free. Thats exactly why money don’t last long in yahoo boy’s hand on average compared to those that work hard to earn it.
If the new tax bill pass and you make the derivation 60% based on the actual consumption in those states, nobody will reach a governor to add value to goods, bring in more private guys that can boost their state productivity and hustle. The new tax bill also proposes an increase in the VAT from 7.5% to 10% in 2025, by 2030 it goes as high as 15% which will invariably increase the cost of goods and services on which VAT will be charged. And, of course, you and I know all too well that this cost will be passed down to the final consumer. |

kunle4toyeyaho: It is just a few in the North who are against the bill. Please, get a copy of the bill and read up. How would Nigerians have a sigh of relief from hardship if the north continue kicking against the bill? The bill will not reverse the hardship inflicted on this nation by Tinubu's bolekaja' economic policy prescriptions |
