I'm in Ogun state. Pls how can u help me? Should I go ahead to hard reset the phone? And how can I recover my data?

Reseting won't change anything

The TouchPad ish will stop for a while till u change yr touchpad
This phone is very sensitive to water
As for the restarting, u might need to change ur battery or flash the device
