Hello, plsss someone should help me urgently. My m8 pro is acting up; it has been restarting itself since yesterday and now I'm fearing the worse as I haven't been able to operate it. I dont know if the little rain I faced yesterday might have affected it or maybe it could be as a result of over-working the RAM.

Pls what can I do? Is it flashing or is there something I should check via factory reset mode? If yes, tell me how pls. I need to get this phone running asap

Are u in Lagos?

It's not through the back but side.
There's a pin for the SIM slot. Gently insert in the hole by the upper left side of your device.
As for the network bands, your device is compatible with them.

I think she meant Glo 4G
Redmi 4A doesn't support that
