I just laid my hands on this phone 'Qiku F4' (Google it) The phone is a beast on it's own. Just like you're using iPhone ohh. Even the design is like iPhone 6. But ever since I did a factory reset on the phone, I have not been able to use the camera. Anytime I open the camera it's either it changes my song or start the music player if the latter is not in use. It will just stay blank. Even the flashlight wont work. It's always displaying 'please close camera' . My guy whom we both bought the phone together is not having such issues with his own. Please what can I do I don't want to lose this phone. It's a beast

Firstly free up space in ur internal memory
Then goto settings - apps-camera and clear cache
Then restart ur phone

U might need to restart ur phone upto 4 times before d camera starts functioning well

UPDATE - when i opened that flash tool app and then sent scatter file in the quoted post to it, it keeps failing and then boots up the phone instead of the usual download ok.

I swear i don tire

When u click on download then insert ur phone
Does it indicate on sp flashtool that an mtk device has been inserted?

coachy777:
Please help me!!
I don't understand what is wrong with the camera.
The camera only displays the front camera, even when I tried to change it didn't respond. The worst part of is that the image on the front camera is inverted upside-down. All these started yesterday. This is frustrating me. Help me o

U should prolly do a factory reset

I do 10gb for 1,900. You visit a recharge shop to pay and load. There is one next street and plenty in unilag.

There is an issue though. I downloaded the file but my phone is not booting into recovery (press volume down and power just swuitches it on).

And also, the download does not include a scatter file, just a boot image stuff. I dont know how to use it.

I think i might have deleted twrp folder on the phone before i installed the 7. stuff.

So, how to install twrp and use this thing (i be olodo abeg, explain small small)

I'm not d one tutoring u since bro
But My take is for u to start all over again
Download stock rom n flash via sp flashtool

Scatter file isn't hard to get
U can download from google
