What I don't understand about you folks blaming Obasanjo for electoral system is this. Fine elections were majorly a sham under him and he has to take the flack for that. But Yaradua started the process of electoral reforms. Jonathan sustained it. In fact, that is what led to APC having a chance at winning in 2015.
