I ain't married yet but two of my siblings live with me, I buy food in bulk in including bag of rice, garri and beans in large quantity, other foodstuff in large quantity including soup and stew, cook in large quantity and store in a fridge, we cook once in a month and stock them in fridge and eat until next month. I buy things quarterly from the market, every 4-5 months, basically we go to market 3 times in a year, use this method and u will save a whole lot

The court judgment is that the case is "statute barred" not whether the lawmakers are gone or not.
It was determined to have been filed outside the allowed period and that there are already subsisting litigations on same case.

The judgement did not touch on the status of the 26 as valid RSHA members or not so your question too is misplaced.
