Having same problem too. have used up to 5 emails..checked everywere.

But was able to get on NYSC SUPPORT LINE. They said they are aware of it and they are working on it . Hopefully the automated emails will come soon. lets just be checking the thread and our inbox

Ayisco & co wt dsame issue so i thot na si e supoz b. Bt sm1 jst told me an supozd 2 kio repeating d whole process untl it reads 2016. Dt wil mean choosing states all ova agn & all . GUYS GOOD MORNING, I AM HAVING PROBLEM HERE SINCE YESTERDAY. NO CONFIRMATION MAIL WAS SENT TO ME BOTH YAHOOMAIL AND GMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO OOOO. I CALLED SO MANY STATES TO CONFIRM. nysc on twitter told me to send a mail to nysc asking them to drop my old thumbprint , I did and now am hoping they reply me oh, I was also able to talk to a woman on one of the help line, she just told me that people have been calling her and we should let her get ready for work and ended the call,*mean*.... am hopeful I get a reply soon

I am still having issues with my fingerprint scanner. It captures left and right thumb but on clicking proceed, it throws an error, one method call error lile that. it throws the same error across all my browsers. i have the latest java installed, the digital persona driver installed too..... i just dont understand what the problem seems to be.

oga not just the scanner been fixed to ur lappy.. U nid to configure it,,, yesterday,, some tried doing it with their lappy buh gave wah u were complaining about.... Go to nysc FAQ, u will 'sometin concerning thumbprint scanner' or better go to cyber cafe,, do the thumbprinting and use ur lappy to do the rest....
