Yet you guys still find every way to insult the Igbos (like what can you minorities put together even boast of in all indices of achievements that the Igbos haven't achieved ten times more)?, if the reason for the arrogance is oil, there's a huge reserve of oil in many Igbo speaking parts of Rivers state, including Imo and Abia states. Now my point is, I find it hypocritical that you accuse the Igbos of forcing others to join Biafra when only a minority of them do that nonsense, yet I'm seeing way too many of you trying to create a Niger Delta nomenclature without even having the respect to consult and affirm if the other ethnic nationalities in the South South actually want to form a republic or stay on their own, get my point now?

Smile. You are really funny. Why have the different tribes co-existing in the South South states not burn down the states since you want us to believe they hate each other so much? Do you know that there is a land dispute between Izzi and Ikwo in Ebonyi State as recent as last year that led to the loss of lives. Not to mention the many disputes between Ezza and Ezillo in the same Ebonyi State. These are so-called brothers o killing themselves because of land. When last did you hear of any crises of tribal origin that resulted in the loss of lives and properties in the South South? If the different tribes can exist peacefully in the so-called Lord Lugard forced union according to Igbos, why can't they do so in a Niger Delta republic that they will willingly join on their own.

For the prophets of doom, making a country comprising of the tribes in the South South is challenging, but it is not impossible. A good start is to make the center weak, create states along ethnic lines, and give each state total control of their resources. Majority of the tribes will accept to be part of such a union. Is that not what true federalism/restructuring is about?

For the point you raised about Warri, if you have stayed in Warri, you will know there are areas that belong to the Urhobos and areas that belong to the Itsekiris and Ijaws in Warri. And everyone respects their boundaries.

For the choice of capital, that can be negotiated. But if the resources of my state is not controlled by the central government and shared at the capital, I don't think I will bother much about where the capital is because it is left to me to develop my state.

We have lived peacefully with other Edo brothers in Bendel State, so we can do that again in an Edo nation.

Form a republic exclusively for your own ethnic group, stop merging unwilling ethnic nationalities into your phantom Niger Delta Republic, until the other tribes in the Niger Delta decide in one accord and voice to merge together, you are in no position to force issues on anybody that hasn't given you the permission to. Speak for YOUR tribe only, and let the others decide.

So after all has been said, implied, and done- with all these back and forth arguments and counter-arguments (including from the ones who didn't even take their time to read through and understand the discourse of the thread, and just jumped in to donate their useless opinions). One major point has to be underlined in highlighted colors, if the so called Niger Republic map is created, BIKO LEAVE ANIOMA OUT. I'm an Anioma son, and speak on the basis of that authority, we go chop una heads comot if una carry una Niger Delta republic enter any part of Anioma, we are clearly Igbos. And we might have one or two internal problems with your Igbos from the East (as all siblings do), but that's something we will sort out among ourselves. All I want is an Igbo nation where the Igbo language, culture, and values will be kept pure and untainted by foreign/alien cultures. An Igbo nation where marriage among Igbos will be kept 100% intact (heck we might even adopt the white supremacy radical methods of keeping one pure race by any means necessary.)
