I bought a new s9 plus from Jumia, I have been trying to connect it to the internet but i have not been able to. Most of the apps aren't connecting to the internet especially the Gmail and other important apps but uc browser and whatsapp both connects surprisingly to me and also the data roaming is frozen I can't switch it on or off.

Is it a factory defect? Should I request for a return?

Please any one with a helpful information?
