I applied for my International passport since on the 22nd of December at Abeokuta, Ogun State Passport Office. I still have not received it, all they are telling me is that there are NO BOOKLETS.

I needed the passport Urgently for an ongoing visa processing.

Is there anyone who applied in ABEOKUTA? What are they saying?

wen u renew a passport the new one would also carry a space for the old passport number . i believe that would help.

The earlier the better, report to the passport office for re-issue and let them know you lost it, nobody can use your visa unless you let them be in possession of it, be hopeful the Passport office help you with the re-issue.

Thank you very much Sir, it really helped to calm my nerves a little.

Does that mean for certain a Dubai visa issued on a previous passport that is missing can be used with the re-issued passport?

Because my fear is that the passport number, issuing and expiring date will change.

PLEASE!!!
Gurus in the House I need in information. I got a job in Dubai through my Aunty who is living in UAE and my Employment visa is currently under processing according to the company. Two days ago i lost my international passport at Ikeja.

My Dad said i should go for a re-issue at the passport office. Today i got a Police report and Affidavit. Now that am planning to apply for a re-issued passport, my Aunty and i are so worried if it can be USED with the employment visa when it's out.

Has anyone undergone similar problem? What can i do please?

All suggestions/advice are welcome please
