Properties / For The People In Overseas : Employ The Service Of A Purchaser by Bolarinwa186(m): 3:56am On May 29, 2023
Are your currently executing a project? Planning to start a project or looking for a way to reduce the cost of execution in Nigeria. I Bolarinwa Mayokun can be of service.
I focus on cost reduction and quality assurance. I can help source for quality material at a low price. If need be, I can help supervise project and help monitor the progress.
Look at my service as that of a verifier in a relationship between promiser and a truster.
Promiser is the vendor/contractor whom gives a quotation to get things done
Truster is the client whom want the project done
Verifier is the person whom take a second look into the quotations, verify the cost effectiveness and make sure the quoted quality of material is been used by the promiser.
Employ my service today, and let me attest to the quality of material to be used at a low price, let reduce the excessive prices the vendor takes from you and still go ahead to reduce the quality of materials to be used.
I have been doing this for people overseas and it really surprising when the result of the project is out, interm of quality and cost of the project.

Properties / The Fraudulent Ways Vendors/artisans Are Using To Extort People In Diaspora. by Bolarinwa186(m): 3:02am On May 27, 2023
Recently, I experience a very dishonest situation with a vendor, whom promise to execute a project for someone I know. During the course of execution it was discover the vendor uses a less quality material as against the agreement. This project whort more than 2million.
With this experience I decide to ask people in diaspora whom have had the same experience with vendors in Nigeria, what their experience was like when executing project in Nigeria?
Have you ever been fortunate enough to come across an honest vendor?
Has there ever been a time you discover you have been cheated and how do you recover your money?
Career / Re: The Pain Of An Accountant by Bolarinwa186(m): 6:08pm On May 26, 2023
This is the same challenge I had in 2019 - 2021, I also start with the business as an Accountant. Within 7month I got promoted to a manager in the hospitality department of the business.
Here I have to double as a manager and internal auditor, even though is not ethical but for the sake of my salary, I have to. While, the owner of the business refuse to honor this part of the deal I resign, he started frustrating me when he sees that I was not ready to withdraw my letter of resignation he increase the salary by 15,000. At the end I work as manager, accountant, auditor and supervisor.
For me I will advice you to move on. On like what the other person says about difficulty from switching sector, is not true for us, especially people with core accounting and auditing skills.
Keep applying, there will be a breakthrough one day.
Hospitality business is really not worth working for in Nigeria.
