bianca has been at war with her husbands grown children from the day she married him. there have been fights over money, political positions etc.

this may be over your head - but her step children will be waiting for any opportunity for her to make a move like that - one they can turn to a political advantage
what you are saying isn't making sense.

What has she been at loggerhead got to do with her celibacy?

That a widow didn't remarry, does it mean she is not sexually active?

Or, will Ojukwu's children be following her around? Or even glue her nyenye together for her?

Two lives wasted over a woman's affection.

This is a warning to those "if I don't have him/her, nobody else will". You will just die throw way.

Nigerian men says they are the "prize", but, everyday you hear news online that makes you keep wondering why is the so called "PRIZE" moving mad bikonu?

In my opinion her life was wasted by marrying a man 30 years her senior. More so in a country like Nigeria.

Ojukwu died in 2011

She was 43 when he died. She will be celibate till the day she dies. Not that there is much you are going to enjoy from sex with a man who is 55 when you are 25.

so, if a woman's husband died, she goes celibate?

Really? Is that how it works?

Celibate for who? A dead husband?🤣🤣🤣

I think is high time they start punishing people for deceiving their partner.

Punishment for women that commits paternity fraud.

Punishment for a men who took oath and vows to stay in monogamous marriage, but, go ahead to break the oath and have second family.

Both are marital fraud. Period..!!

Who will pay for the master's?

You?
Your parents?
Like how much will it cost?

Why not use part of the funds for masters and learn a skill? Be it Electrical, plumbing, IT, repairs of industrial generators, furniture, pop installation, repairs of medical equipment, etc

When you have gathered experience, you open your own company, register it, start pursuing contracts.

The guy that's services our gen in my office charge is 50k that's after we might have called him several times and waited .., He is always damn booked and busy.

The security guy in my office who also doubles as a plumber is cashing out big time, the day he broke his piggy bank in my presence, just for 6months from his hustle as a plumber. I cursed my Nigeria certificate.

Think of being an creator of job, and not a job seeker even after your masters.

The difference between international HR and Nigerian HR

International HR actually give you work training and orientation to make your work better

Nigerian HR only cares about that Certificate you got many years ago, no retraining or orientation

I can still remember two different occasions

1: recruitment at Whogohost Lagos Nigeria

2: recruitment by Grand Excelsior Hotel Sharjah UAE

Whogohost wants a ready made IT guy

Grand Excelsior Hotel want a tailored made IT guy that would get trained atleast 3 months on basics of the Company

.
You have explained it all. This is just why the Nigerian HR feel some Nigerians are not employable.

Same question I use to ask.
Until I lost My dad Last month. He's still lying in the morgue.
I'm still hurt and pained, I do think and have sleepless night from the very first day the news was broke to me. His demise has really affected me all way round.
Wanted to create a thread on how to move on after loosing a love one.
I wish I died first b4 my love one. I was always scared of loosing a love one. Now I'm trapped in my fears. What's life, if we live to die? Each time I remember me seeing my dad lying naked in the morgue, I begin the share tears without my knowing, I wish I died first. Pray not to loose ur love ones untimely. It creates a vacuum in your heart which can never filled.

I just have to stay strong for my lovely mother. If I the son could be going through this, what more about her the wife?
Sorry about your loss. May Almighty give you strength to bear this loss.
This is coming from someone who watched her younger sister die in her hands .

Mine is actually healthy cos we dey always do checks and balances and also do interventions for the most ridiculous issues lol. We're so close we've all watched the same tv series and there must be more than 100 different ones not counting movies regardless of whether we're together or not. Not like we don't have our bad moments o but they never last past a couple of days

There's just three of us. I'm the first. I may have bad habits but with the way they look up to me, I just can't afford any bad blood, you feel me?
I don't even know if ours is healthy or toxic.

When we quarrel here..., Its www3. grin

Then, one person falls ill or runs into trouble, the way we forget our quarrel and come together to pull funds and ideas together to help out baffles me.

In all, nothing beats the love of siblings jare.

Celebrities / Re: Steve Harvey Crowns A Nigerian 'king Olu' For Updating Wife's Wedding Ring by boldsleek: 10:47am On Nov 21, 2023
1stGenAmerican:

Steve Harvey is exactly what you would call a glorified simp. His current wife Marjorie has two children, a son and a daughter, fathered by two first cousins from Memphis, Tennessee who both served prison sentences for dealing heroin. She cheats on Steve while he looks the other way and neglects his children from his previous marriages. Two months ago, there was a cheating scandal with her and his bodyguard. This woman pays someone a salary of $40,000 each year just to clean and maintain her handbags and shoes.
Being crowned anything by Steve Harvey might be something to brag on in Nigeria but it’s nothing to brag on here in America.
Having headache for another man's biz.
She cheats on him., Did he complain to you?
She pays 40k dollars to have her bag and shoes cleaned., Is it your money?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Share Your Experiences Working In A Private Company In Nigeria" by boldsleek: 12:54pm On Nov 20, 2023
emekabassey:
My story is going to be long and the experience is far from pleasant

I worked for Fouani NIgeria Limited, the customer service department.
The manager is Lebanese, most will think this is enough justification for the way he acts but all other deartments in the company(that I know of) all have Lebanese managers but their story is so different from ours aside from the general issue of not giving employment/appointment letters, most these complaints is peculiar to that department of the company

Our manager does not allow any form of interaction amongst worker as you can be terminated for turning your head in the office, as in say you just turn neck o. Someone was terminated for laughing after office hours, work don close o and baba say the guy laugh and the next day na termination straight. Your job security depends on his mood, as he might just decide to terminate you with the excuse of 'we dont want you anymore'

Approval of leave is at his mercy, I can remember a staff, although she was due for 1 week leave, this man denied her despite the fact that this lady was seriously ill, he made her come to work even with the drip connected to her body as he told her she will be terminated if she doesnt work. This lady fainted twice at work that day and had to choose her life by resigning.

This is just one of the many cases of staffs that were terminated because they were absent from work because of illness even after informing he resumed with a medical report after being unable to come to work for 2 days and in this man's word "sorry, you can go home and rest. You will see your salary at the end of the month" That was the end of it.

This man has made the work environment so toxic and it is not strange to see staffs crying after leaving his office as he talks to staffs as if Nigerians are lesser humans, he called a teamlead a slut and accused her of sleeping with her team members because she does not deduct staff break, he threatened Samiat and promised to destroy her because the young lady wanted to quit and go for her youth service.

This man makes it his office policy to to limit staffs restroom usage to 7 minutes, anything beyond this can get you break deductions, warning letters and even termination. Whereas he who sets the rules spends 30 minutes in the restroom (You and I know that no one can control nature).

A Muslim staff was terminated for dosing during ramadan(this man na muslim o, and he prays 5 times daily) and so many others that I can't mention all that have face similar cases on a daily basis. He employs today and terminate tomorrow with a reliable reasons. There is a post on nairaland as far back as 2020 about this man.

Work time is Monday to Saturday 7:50AM to 5:30PM with no visible compensation for working overtime instead he tells you he is doing you a favor and you will get as much as 5,000 deducted from your salary which is more than double of our daily income.

Staffs break are deducted x3 of the minutes they came late to work despite the fact that their salaries will be deducted for same reason. I heard they protested against that recently and the break deductions has been stopped and replaced with more salary deductions for being late 1 minute past the resumption time of 7:50am, not even a grace period of 10minutes.

I made a more detailed post some weeks back on this man, e no easy at all.

If you have an advice for the people still there and know of a way for these ill to be corrected, please reach out and drop your comments as every bit of info here has evidence to back it up
Post the stupid Lebanese number let's torment his life.

Just imagine how wicked a human being is

Women of this generation work also, contribute also to the home.

A woman should obey her man because she loves him and willingly allows him to Lord over her.

And, pls, not because of those two reasons mentioned there.
