PoliticsRe: Why Buhari Remains Nigeria’s Best Option Despite Being A Failure – Balarabe Musa by boldy235(m): 3:45pm On Feb 26, 2018
What is wrong with the political leaders of this Country ? How many Nigerians does Alhaji Musa Know ?
Why are they pretending to be too blind to see, that Nigerians can no longer tolerate the assumption that all are Ignorant and incapable of differentiating wrong
HealthRe: Nation Wide Strike By Resident Doctors From 1st October by boldy235(m): 9:23am On Sep 30, 2013
KDULAR: Sentiments aside, what is the rationale for paying resident doctors salaries when they are students ( PG) ? If you say they are the ones working on the patients more than the consultants is baseless, its even an indictment on these consultants that they don't work for their pay.

The fact that an abnormality had being in existence and is already institutionalized does not make it proper. Rather than insult someone who make a statement here, come forward convincingly with your argument.

There's no way you train for anything without practicing it so seeing patient is part of the learning. Infact the hospitals, the residents ( doctors, lab, pharmacists nurses etc) and their consultants are infact supposed to pay the patients for the use of their body as learning and teaching tools. Mind you some will come out to say it's only doctors that are residents, that is a lie peddled by their profession in order to make it seem they are the only ones that can do something and are supposed to take care of patients now use the CMDs to truncate other professions from having their residencies conducted in THs.

How many residents students of other health profession are recognized or allowed to train or even paid for their training? Yet they are in the TH working and contributing immensely to patients therapy, even when efforts are made to these patients deprived of their expertise by the CMD run THs yet they continue to do their jobs.

With all these strikes especially from the "noble" people I ask the difference between them and an average area boy or hyena who'll use all unintelligible means brute intimidation blackmail and noise as the case may be to get what he thinks he deserves but doesn't really.

The comparison with politicianspay really shows how disappointed they are to their high reasoning, you can never win any case with that line any where in the world. This also shows the driving force behind all these strikes mere Jealousy, an average doctor becomes easily intimidated when he sees another person of other profession vocation or business looking, sounding, smelling reasoning, and having better influence than him. It is inbuilt and the reason why these strikes will still occur 5 years from now even if government gives them all I mean All what they are agitating for now.

In all the strike is mindless and and the demands are just wrong.
I can see you have beef for doctors !!! A country and its people that do not appreciate its honest hard working population cannot move forward and will only experience further brain drain .

Let's assume its easy to study medicine and be qualified as a doctor , study to become qualified for residency you think it is beans huh? Those residency is a paid JOB in developed countries and in fact in almost every where in the world ! Residents treat patients conduct research , make discoveries that aid improvement of health care .
Why not encourage government to pay doctors their "SALARY" , why must doctors beg for their salaries after working hard , seeing patients ,taking calls !

You want the best health care yet you can't pay doctors , you can't fund universities to produce the most modern equipment neither will u buy .

Shame on you for taking the position that doctors should not be paid , shame on my dear country for not paying its doctors for three months . Sorry for the doctors who have to see their patients suffer in order to drive a point to their government !
PoliticsRe: S-west Governors Consider Yoruba As Language Of Instruction by boldy235(m): 11:43pm On Aug 30, 2013
This would be a practical attempt to divide the country . It may improve the sense of unity amongst the people of the south west and the opposite with other ethnic groups, there by taking us back to the times before 1914 .

Our leaders think they are rational , but the are not.
they make no attempt to unite the country!
Many people ave found love and friendship with people of other ethnic groups , but our leaders take it for granted .

These actions even if they are carried out will come with some unfortunate consequences

Our graduates from the southwest will be poorer in English language
The students may as a resul fell inferior
Hence the private schools in the region will make more money ,

I pray that our leaders would find ways to truly unite this nation !
A united Nigeria would be more powerful than a single regional entity !
CareerRe: Why The Education You Received Might Fail You by boldy235(m): 10:20am On Aug 27, 2013
AjanleKoko: That's part of the problem.
Why not approach indigenous construction professionals/geologists, who have experience building in the Delta?
Why does it have to be universities first?

Like most problems we have in Nigeria, there's always an obvious solution, which others are obviously employing, but many others prefer to over-complicate the problem, for personal reasons.
Why does it have to be universities first ? Because in a normal society ,the universities are meant to be the epitome of most current knowledge and technology , even aiding the advancement of companies . Not the other way .
