is it possible for the results on the test report form to differ from the provisional one stated online?anyone with experience or the one stated online should be taken hook,line and sinker.

Could anyone pls share his/her IELTS listening skill interview with the examiner. Am tensed.....youknow.

are u referring to the speaking test?Its okay to be tensed but don't stay tensed,the examiner is not looking forward to failing you.Solid preparation will boost your confidence,practise with any material you can lay your hand on and watch samples on you tube if u haven't done so.I rehearsed over and over before going and I still felt tensed but I Looked away from my feelings and trusted God's ability.part 1is about you,your work,studies and personal details.just be as natural as possible.In part 2 I was asked to discuss someone I know who enjoys dressing well and we also talked about clothe markets in Lagos,telephoning and SMS.I was actually scared about being asked questions I won't be able to talk about.so I visited good luck ielts.com and tried to answer all the question in the speaking part and I sought Google and wikipedia for questions I didn't know.I hope this helps

Hmmm. It's a central speaker o. I think he's just trying to be funny. For me, the writing takes more time as you are to interpret a graph and then write an essay on a given topic. So we're talking about thinking of what to write and then how best to coordinate and put your thoughts down and then the writing. Not forgetting the vocabs and so on. Nuff said. Don't mean to scare no one

am being real o.I dont know about Lagos or anywhere but in Abuja each candidate had a headset with bluetooth tho there was a central speaker.U can confirm from others who wrote the test at sheraton hotel today

Yes there is a central clock.You will not be allowed to go into the hall with your wristwatch.But d ielts officials will be notifying u of d time u av left from time to time.

.You can take your phone along with you,but the moment u get to d test venue,british council will provide a place where u can drop ur things for safe keeping.just put it on silence or switch it off.All the best

they just called me now. They said that they call all candidates dat supposed to do theirs in ilorin on 9th, last week. They av logistic problem with ilorin on that day.They gave people too options last week; eida switch to lagos center or reschedule to 30th in ilorin but my numba didnt go through( which i dont agree with). now the only option left is waiting till 30th.

dont worry about it.I had similar problem ,wrote an extra digit in my passport no.make the complaint to the officer that will capture u on your test day,it will be rectified right there and then.Had my speaking test yesterday,the examiner noticed and sent me back to d capturing officer.its really nothin to loose sleep over.wish u d best

You will definitely submit hard copy but, its not compulsory to pay for courier for them to send it to you. You will get a softcopy, which you can pick the details you need from and use it for your EE application, and since you will only need the hard copy after CIC has chosen you to apply for Permanent Residency(or what is called ITA), there should be sufficient time for the hard copy to get to you by regular mail, which someone said his/her own took just 2weeks. The courier thing is needed when you are initially sending your transcript or when you have to send the response to the verification they usually request for(that is in a case where your school doesn't reply via email as there are some schools that reply via email, which can eliminate the need for replying to verification through postage). Courier may be necessary for those because of time

I ain't the one who quoted that amount. However, it's either you see 233dollars, which means you opted for them to send your report via regular mail or, 322dollars for them to send the evaluation to you by courier

Is it compulsory to have the report couriered?I mean will there be a need for one to submit the hard copy at any point of EE processing?cant I just use the electronic copy since EE will have access to WES anyway.I will appreciate prompt response please

if you live in lagos, go to tejuosho market and get ielts book, it's jst N2,500. READ it digest it, practice, cook up all sort of scenarios in your head, talk abt them in front of the mirror, share with your girlfriends/wife or anybody close to you. my least was 7.5! works like magic

Sincerely my job takes much of my time and energy so there was no serious preparation like that. All I did was to make sure I went thru all the videos available on ROAD TO IELTS on my account. I also did all d practices there. All these were crash prep. put in days I would say 2days.

Hi everyone, I am planning to submit my profile on EE. I obtained my M.sc and Phd from the same school and my Bsc from another school.I am considering sending only my Masters and phd for WES evaluation cos am thinking of reducing the cost and stress involved in obtainin transcripts.Does this have any implication?How will i know if my alma mata has relationship with WES or not.I would appreciate timely response please

The USB host is enabled since it can see flash drives but the external drive needs its own drivers to work.

Pardon my ignorance, please how do i go about installing the driver and please can you help me with how to restrict background data consumption and get microsoft office for android.I guess if i can do all these i wouldnt bother changing the os since those are my primary worries.I am more than grateful for your help

Does the Android OS on your machine recognize USB mouse/keyboard connected to it? If it does not then your system does not have the USB host enabled, if it does then the drivers for your ext drive will need to be gotten.

I just bought a lenovo netbook with android operating system.I also bought an hp external cd writer/player.However, the netbook is not seeing the cd player neither does it see my techno android phone when connected via a usb cable.The data consumption is high and unlike my phone i cant see a way of restricting background setting. Again the version of excel and word package on it is not suitable for my research activities. I am thinking of changing the os to windows 8.is this possible? the laptop is not so useful to me as it is now and i require urgent help cos i cant return the laptop and external player which I got on sales from an online shop.Thanks for your helpful contributions.
