Hello everyone.
I have decided to post this here first to see if anyone would be interested before i try other options.
I have a well situated event place and eatery located on a plot of land in Ibadan just 5 minute drive from the University of Ibadan.

This project is at 95% completion and has gulped well over 2million till date.

At this point funds have become a little difficult and so the project has been halted
for the past 6 months.

This eatery has a set out plan to offer the best delivery services of swallow foods ( pounded yam, semovita, amala etc) to homes and offices within Ibadan . And the adjoining event place can play host to more than 100 guests at one sitting .
The EVent place will also run as a standard bar and viewing house all evening and nights.

I have decided at this point to take up a partner or anyone who would be interested in giving a short term loan to be repaid in 3months.

Funds are needed just to acquire the following items:
Chairs and table ( for the bar and eatery)
Sound systems and speakers
Electrification and back up Generator.
kitchen gadgets.
Estimated amount needed is 500,000.
I am willing to take on a single short term partner who would be willing to invest.
OR
A short term Loan of 200,000 (or the exact amount needed 500,000)repayable in 3months with a 20% interest. (All necessary papers would be signed).

summary: POVERTY may God help us to be provider of our homes.

it is such a pity. please if u are to use a
generating set, get an iron cage with locks
to secure it outside!
I don't see these deaths coming to an end
unless this is enforced or becomes
practiced!

Good gesture that signifies and portrays
high level of discipline, intelligence, moral
standard, and to crown it all an
overwhelming contagious love for their
nation AMERICA.
It goes beyond personal rivalry and
sentiments, power drunkiness which has
eaten deep into the leaders of the African
leaders.
We can only pray we get there Someday.
