First, where do you sleep most? Bed, chair, or use recliner for best sleep? Despite being a bit pricey, a good sleeping recliner will prevent most sleep disorders and hence ease your sleep. For example, maybe you are waking up regularly due to sleep apnea, which causes regular sleep disruption. Further, you can also use Windows Blinds to block off excessive light coming into the bedroom. I believe that comfort while contributes better sleep. |
