When are we going to learn? In nairaland here we ve created eastern and western blocks and not just in nairaland but in every other social medium, its always Yoruba vs igbo.
The thing we failed to know and understand is that these efighting is sustained and encouraged by the political leaders and someone will ask how.
It might interest u to know that those that actually start these efights are paid agents of these political leaders and those of us who are so myopic to understand the game plan will continue to join in the fray.
Then one would ask why would the political leaders encourage these efighting between igbo and Yoruba leaving out the north.
The answer is simple. Its only the youths of these two tribes that can question the statuesque, the brain and mindset of the northern youth have been so eroded that it cannot function beyond its immediate needs.
But one will say the fights only ends on social medium.
False. the efighting has continued in reality to entrench deep suspicion among the youths of these two tribes that any little thing will disarray any major plan among the youths of these tribes. Just as it happened during the endsars and in many other occasions.

Thats the reason government will massacre 16 able bodied youths in cold blood in Aba tagging them unknown gunmen with little or no evidence to substantiate that and the youths in Yoruba wouldnt mind and when it happens to the otherside the Igbo youths will lay the blame on the victims.
The killings in Aba is simply the continuation of the brutality witnessed with SARS unit.
Youths are gunned down at will with the accusations they were armed robbers.
So why are we acting as if anything has changed in the operations of the security men.

It happens in Aba today, it might happen in Oshogbo tomorrow and we as youths continue to oil these atrocities to our own detriment

You don't expect the soldiers to keep quiet and watch the unknown gunmen kill their colleagues like flies. The police do extra judicial killings too but after the end sars protest, things changed. Many police officers are in prison , some where dismissed, some were sentenced to death. Things have changed quite a lot. I know there is anger in the air and justifiable so. I have been trying to see any strong evidence that these people were what they are depicted to be but have not seen any valid proof to support that.
From the pictures I didn't see any strong incrimination other than a short gun and few machetes which could have been planted and I can't understand how the overpopularised unknown gunmen would be wielding only these.
Knowing how Nigerian security operates which we ve seen in different occasions. We saw that during the endsars.and in so many other times and we are well aware of their penchant to be trigger happy whenever they have the space.

Indigenes of Anambra State under the auspices of Anambra Peoples Assembly (APA), yesterday denounced the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, and his struggle for secession.
The Assembly, which declared that Anambra people will participate in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state, warned biafra agitators to maintain a distance from the state.
According to a statement signed by its coordinator, Mazi Nnamdi Okorafor, the group noted that the people of Anambra State are law-abiding and will not be dragged along by any individual or group of persons.
“I will assume that there are no men in Igbo land, if we allow a small boy to drag all of us into war against Nigeria through hate speech,” he said.
Okorafor, who noted that being Igbo does not automatically translate to membership of IPOB, said Kanu is not a leader of the Igbos.
”Nnamdi Kanu is making a fool of himself, very soon his paymasters will distance themselves from him. He and his illiterate minions will be dancing alone in the market square naked. Being Igbo does not mean you are an IPOB member, neither does being an IPOB leader makes you the leader of the Igbos,” he stated.
He also described Kanu as a confusionist who suggest ideas capable of destroying lives, while he left his family in United Kingdom.
”Let truth be told. But with due respect to the right thinking and illustrious sons and daughters of Abia State. Let me ask these questions, When did an Abia man become wiser than the Anambra man to warrant a confusionist like Nnamdi Kanu to order Anambra people not to vote while his Abia governor is still on seat? Why would the good, wise and hard-working Anambra sons and daughters listen to a guy man who kept his wife and kids in London come here to suggest what is capable of destroying the lives of young Anambra youths. Anambra people should not allow anybody to toy with their future and destiny,” Okorafor added.

According to him; “We agree that self-determination is the right of every person or group in Nigeria, that being said. We hereby declare that Anambra state has distanced self from Biafra struggle. All Biafra activists and agitators are warned to leave Anambra and return to their various states of origin. We are too big to be dragged along by any person or group of persons. Anambra state indigenes and lawful residents will register and participate fully in the forthcoming governorship elections.
