A situation were the employer is owed by its clients, what happens
Example:
Femi Engineering Company, major client and finance source to pay salary and run the company is the National Assembly commission, SPDC or NNPCL. And at the end of a successful project Femi Engineering is owed beyond agreed duration and consequently Femi Engineering Company is unable to realise the funds to pay, automatically breaking the law..

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar by this statement has just declared himself the saviour of rotational Presidency. Even as he is running �‍♂️ to be the president at the end of the administration of a fellow from the same region with him.
This is not only an insult to Nigeria as a Nation, but a deliberate and calculated disregard to the sensitivity of over 200million Nigerians.
This is sad, appalling and absurd.
