This is a clear testament that the government of the day is complicit in the killing of innocent Nigerians. |
stephoye:Establishment of sharia law in a secular country is not a legal pluralism? Did you even go to school at all? Are we not already experiencing intimidation from government agencies (e.g police brutality ) What exactly are you even saying. SMH! |
trutharena:All bandits and kidnappers and their sponsors in Nigeria are going to join their ancestors very soon. Anyone holding a opinion different from the above can go and hug transformer. |
Kukutente23:They are here bro. And they are paid. Have been saying this since that ENDSARS campaign started that freedom of Nigerians is underway. No condition is permanent. The evil once had reigned for too long in this country and I am 100% confident that their time is up. They had enough time to repent but because they thought nobody could hold them accountable not even Nigerians because they believed they have succeeded in destroying them by weaponizing poverty in the land. This Trump development was not contemplated in their evils plans. But Nigeria is gaining its freedom and it’s now, not tomorrow and no amount of persuasion or lies that would change the mind of Donald Trump from carrying out his mission, and he would do it tactfully such that the morons in the Nigerian government wouldn’t have a chance of escape. Trump has concluded his investigation and he knows exactly those that are behind the incessant killings going on in Nigeria. The other day VDM posted a kidnapping scene and mentioned specifically that a group of Nigerian soldiers drove pass at the time the kidnappers had yet to escape distant away into the bush, but that the soldiers never cared but continued with their journey. How else do we describe this other than incompetence? Do we continue to leave our lives under the controls of kidnappers and bandits till they wipe us all out? What’s stopping the Nigerian government from combing all our bushes and forests and arrest these killers who even make use of trackable devices such as phones and cameras? Why would the policemen put in extreme efforts when chasing ordinary citizens for menial crimes but act indifferent when bandits and kidnappers operate? Is that not systemic killing and genocidal? Trump is aware that Nigerian government are the killers and that’s the reason he called Nigeria a “disgraceful country” Trump mission is here to happen and nobody can stop it. |
chatinent:Of course, they are the ones behind the major corrupt practices in Nigeria. Don’t worry, their cup of tea has run over. They are butterflies that think themselves as birds. All their substantiations for rejecting Trump’s intervention simply demonstrate mediocrity, emptiness, and backwardness. But thank God that people like you and me are still in existence and we shall always set the record straight for them to expose their foolishness. |
mascot87:You’re not making sense. So, the killings, kidnappings and banditry is not already in the South? Please make it make sense or are you living in another country? The fact mentioned by the US is only to take down any traces of terrorism in Nigeria. They didn’t say only in the North. I see some of you advocates of terrorism are sad that freedom is coming to innocent Nigerians. Your agenda will not work. God will subdue all you evil people and enemies of this country. Shame on you. |
Namaster:You left the main point to focus on irrelevant facts. Nigerians are being killed everyday through several means such as the government officials stealing the bulk of the resources meant for the people , kidnapping, bandits, herdsmen and so forth. The Nigerian government is complicit as this has been demonstrated in the following instances: reintegration of bandits and herdsmen into the Nigerian Army, presidential pardon of hardened criminals which was later reversed , Borno , Kwara, Kogi , Ogun State Imo, and all the 36 states of Nigeria is rife with insecurity, yet your full concern is the fight of the ego for sovereignty for irresponsible Tinubu and his cronies. Are you being sensitive to the realities of Nigerians at all? M Are you humane at all? Why are you people hell bent in allowing you as instrument of hardship , causing others sorrows and eternal suffering just because of your selfish interest. ? When will you people repent ? If Tinubu is incapable of curing the insecurity and the ongoing institutional decay in the country, he should allow those who can. Stop using lives of innocent people to play politics. |
This shows we have no leader. He has been doing nothing. Very useless set of people. We invite trump to execute his plan on all terrorists in Nigeria since Tinubu administration has failed to. Useless government of Nigeria |
favor914:If what it means to you for someone to be intelligent is what we see Tinubu doing, then the money spent for your education is a complete waste. Student performance is the direct reflection of the teacher; this is applicable to what we are currently facing in the country. All I know is , Tinubu and his cronies including you, your time will be up by the time the powers that be touches you and hold you all accountable for all the evil and corruption you have committed and the millions of lives you have destroyed in the process. It’s just a matter of time. Continue. |
We all know he’s not a smart president, plus Sowore said he’s a criminal and I am now believing he is truly one because only a criminal would see the magnitude of crime being committed by kidnappers and bandits that would claim nothing is happening. |
TruthsFM:This should be posted to X and trump should be tagged along the Federal Government of Nigeria cronies. |
Christistruth00:Mumu write up. The resources that Tinubu and his cronies are stealing everyday plus allowing bandits and kidnappers ravaging lives and properties of Nigerians ? You are one of them Tinubu no doubt , Una cup of tea is soon to run over . ? |
henkey:It’s not that they are not serious in tackling the Islamic fighters ; Nigerian government is complicit. That’s the major ground US is using to invade Nigeria to take out the pro sharia forces and stop all the indiscriminate killings of innocent Nigerians happening everyday in the country. In my own opinion, the US government is welcomed. The situation in Nigeria as of now has become a matter of fundamental human right concern- there’s an urgent need to protect the lives and properties of Nigerians that are under the siege of bandits, herdsmen and kidnappers in Nigeria. |
cutecommend:Can a man do this too? |
dawnomike:Don’t go there bro. You will never know until you try it. It’s a feeling no words can describe. I am not talking of cigarettes though. I am referring to Mary Jay. It’ gives the kind of revelation no ordinary eyes would never offer you till you die. I had to stop taking it because of health reasons, else na me and weed go dey dey morning afternoon and evening. |
Zonefree:Which one is real boyfriend bayi ![]() |
chatinent:I support your thinking. Oligarchs are the menace of our society. They can do anything to destroy and steal. Their time will soon be up. |
bfire:How tragic can a country become when those meant to protect its future steal it instead? Yet you want people to not hate such institution. Since independence, the promise was simple: self-rule would bring fairness, transparency and a chance for ordinary people to prosper. Instead, what we have is a system designed to extract value from the many and reward a few. Public resources , the salaries, the schools, the hospitals, the roads , are turned into private fortunes. The consequences are obvious: a hollowed-out state and a generation forced to survive by any means. This corruption isn’t random. It’s structural. Powerful networks , call them oligarchs, call them political machines, capture institutions and bend them to serve private ends. When governors and officials take billions and walk free, when suspected killers and terror financiers move with impunity, when policies like subsidy removal come with higher taxes and greater borrowing but no visible public benefit, the message to every citizen is clear: the system is rigged. Look at what follows. Qualified, hardworking Nigerians struggle for decent jobs while people with forged credentials occupy critical offices. Public funds disappear and infrastructure remains a promise. Young people, blocked from honest opportunity, are pushed into schemes and survival crimes. Society frays. Trust evaporates. This country didn’t become broken overnight. It is the cumulative effect of choices , by leaders who put personal enrichment above public duty, and by institutions that fail to check them. Accountability must be more than noise. It must be real: criminal investigations that lead to convictions, transparent budgets, independent oversight, and leaders held to the same rules as everyone else. We can do better. It starts with demanding evidence of spending, supporting institutions that investigate and prosecute abuse, and refusing to accept impunity as a norm. The road back will be hard, but change is possible when citizens insist on it. |
It’s becoming increasingly clear that the Nigerian government is complicit in the killings, kidnappings, and banditry of innocent citizens. People once suggested anti-grazing laws as a solution to the violent clashes between Fulani herders and local farmers. Yet, we don’t even know if those laws were ever truly promulgated, let alone enforced. Because if they were, we wouldn’t still be hearing stories of farmers being killed on their own land. How do we explain a government that releases so-called “repentant bandits,” offers them rewards, and even negotiates with them, while ordinary citizens accused of lesser crimes languish in detention for years without trial? No one can convince me that the Nigerian governors, lawmakers, president, and vice president are not, in some way, part of the violence and insecurity consuming this country. |
If it were a boy sharing a similar story, it wouldn’t attract nearly as much public sympathy as hers has. It is well. Many of us, as young boys, went through things no human should ever experience. The painful part is, the pain stays with us forever, and sometimes it shapes our behavior in ways we can’t explain. Yet, instead of understanding, we often get punished and judged by those around us. |
EFCC what have you done to the politician Yaya Bello who was alleged of gross misappropriation of public funds? EFCC you’re a criminal institution that should be banned into oblivion. |
Wallade:You didn’t criticize the Tinubu government irresponsibly. What you said here is the reflection and deserving response to the reality of our sick society. What the presidential pardon saga further confirmed is that banditry going on in the country is directly orchestrated and organised by the oligarchs in power. That’s why they wanted to have those hardened criminals who worked for them released. There are suspects awaiting trial for 20 years in detention. They didn’t see those ones to grant presidential pardon. That’s why I won’t join anyone in fighting that Arise Tv journalist’s behaviour or call it unruly. He who wants equity must come to equity with clean hands. You can’t be disorganised and exhume zero accountability in all that you do but expect me to treat you with respect. They are butterflies that think they are birds. Like I mentioned before, it’s a matter of time, their time will soon be up. And thanks to technology, it’s their greatest undoing. They are unable to regulate so many things maliciously the youths are doing to support their evil agendas because they have zero education about how these thing called technology works. Their agenda in case many of you don’t know is to keep Nigerian youths in perpetual darkness which will leave oligarchs with the freedom to exploit resources all they want. And that’s what you just saw play out from the senseless excuse behind the presidential pardon news. They already profile Nigerian youths as spineless and in the class of low animals who have zero capability to pass as a standard human being. The oligarchs are who we have as leaders of this country and they are the most evil human that ever graced the surface of this earth. They announced that a minister of finance was hospitalised and was flown abroad. And they had the audacity to make such shameful statement. They have no feelings on how an average Nigerians process their publications. They just take unilateral actions with zero sense. I will employ my fellow Nigerian youths- that’s those who are not yet politically and socially sick , to take technology seriously as that’s the only way to their freedom. |
Imagine the excuse ( low level officers smuggled in the names). And those officers don’t have names and why are they not arrested for investigation to identify who they are working for ? The freedom of this country is near. The old oligarch generation era will soon be over. This era belongs to the Genzs who question a lot unlike your dummy, passive generation brainwashed with religion gibberish and respect for elderly senseless narratives. The Genzs have no need to be in power to take charge of their futures. Many are already into remote jobs outside of the country you destroyed. They have much power because their time is build around technology that your lost generation of oligarch has zero understanding of. Enjoy your nepotism and corruption filled hateful agenda while it last. Useless leaders. Thinking they are speaking to animals. |
He has gone to study the details and now using over 25 minutes to explain what he should have done in 5 minutes. Radarada. |
It’s number 1 because he needs to pull the item up before 3 and 2 can have a chance. |
tnerro1:Most times they nominate their children perhaps he has none that could fill that position. He should have worked on getting a portfolio that requires less stressful attention. Some people’s life can be bought with money and fame; his case is a classic example. |
I don’t think many people watched the last part of the video. Omo! Nigerians security system has been hijacked by bandits. The man in the last video didn’t mince a word. He clearly states that Nigerian soldiers are the ones protecting the bandits in their operation, and even came with a life round exhibit (an army green bullet) probably the one that fell off from the bandits, and this only suggests that those bandits truly use heavy sophisticated weaponry. Why is our leadership doing this to us? |
SmartPolician:But Nigerian politicians are allowed to steal billions of dollars meant for public services for personal gains right ? You made no single sense. What Rufai is ditching out to them is a perfect reflection of the nature of our politicians. Why are they suddenly being detested by their own ways? Are Nigerian politicians professional? No. Are Nigerian politicians accountable? No. So, if Rufai was rude that’s what they trained Nigerians to become, so he shouldn’t feel bad. He who wants equity must come to equity with clean hands. |
guobe:I just have to quote you. Do you know that accountability is an underlining feature of any government institution or administration? Why and what is difficult is providing details of how much was spent in carrying out a project the people paid for with their hard earned money? The only reason for gatekeeping such detail is no other than corruption. Silence where you’re expected to defend your action in law means admission of the alleged crime. You people should act like normal human being for once. The rate at which this country is going I am even beginning to think the real corruption are not the leaders themselves but individuals like you who enable their corrupt actions. |
He should thereafter be sued for certificate forgery, misrepresentation, and compelled to refund, with damages, all monies he received by virtue of his illegal and unlawful period in ministerial office. I am Yoruba, and I have already begun to see ethnically biased comments. Let me tell you, ethnic bigots , this is not about the Igbos Hausas or others. This is an act that collectively threatens our progress as a nation. With the magnitude of audacity displayed by this man, it simply shows one thing: there are many more like him in the system , not only in the political environment but also in public and private institutions. These are systemic, yet critical and dangerous foundational problems drawing our dear country backward. You can imagine someone with a poor educational background and zero understanding of advanced strategic governance managing such a complex official position. What will he and can he deliver ? Government leadership is not something that just anyone without advanced education can handle. I realized this recently when I took personal time to study several governance reports and guidelines of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission within Nigeria’s electricity industry . a niche under Energy Law. I read the BEDC PIP and was amazed by how the Disco ingeniously created a solution to tackle poor energy consumption and low returns when comparing the cost of metering which clearly was hitting the BEDCs ATC&C losses really before 2019. How can a person with low educational background read to understand those stuff? Let alone being able to identify models that can adopt to solve problems in his jurisdiction. The civil organization should further get an order of the court to investigate all public officials in Nigeria to confirm their competence and educational qualifications and integrity. We don’t need mediocres taking charge of our schools, clinics , public and private institutions- they are part of the major cankerworms destroying our nation. |
