Post: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job Description: In your role as the Maintenance Engineer, you will:
1. Design organization’s maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
2. Ensure scheduled checks on machinery and parts
3. Carry out regular preventive maintenance procedures
4. Ensure regular routine maintenance of machinery for optimal performance
5. Monitor and control maintenance costs
6. Improve health and safety policies and procedures
7. Ensure safe keeping and standard maintenance of tools and stores
8. Liaise with external engineers on solutions and best practices
9. Generate equipment data for properly machinery analysis and review
10. Follow procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time.
Qualification: Minimum of first degree in relevant field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in bakery or confectioneries machines maintenance.
Remuneration: Very attractive and negotiable

I am creating this thread to solicit for any help or suggestion on what to do as per the subject matter, also to let people staying around the Santos Estate/Layout Akowonjo be careful of these heartless fraudsters.

A friend of mine recently got scammed (even in this recession period, people are heartless) as a result of looking for house to let.
He met this "self-acclaimed" house agent/caretaker at Santos Area Akowonjo and a deal was made with inspection of the house.
The deal was to make a down payment of certain amount and to balance up after the house is completed. He paid a down payment which was receipted and the time to go for balancing up and packing-in is when the caretaker eloped.

The acclaimed landlord refuted that the caretaker made payment to him and he was not in line with any of the transaction.
Up till now he could not help us to locate the run-away caretaker since September.

The summary is
These people operate like this 24/7 at this address 23 Babs Shokehin Street, Santos Layout.
They change the caretaker monthly and the landlord will start claiming he does not know any of the acclaimed caretaker.
Everybody in that house are all involved in the scam acts.
They refused to complete the building with the singular aim of taking down-payment from people.
