If I did, I would not only back Igbo VP for PDP, I would back Igbo participation in APC too.

The only way ipob can get referendum is by an amendment to the constitution, which means you have to participate in the Nigerian democratic process. The only other option is armed revolt which won't end well, and they know it.

Yes Scotland got a referendum and they might even get another one. That is because the British legal system allows for such.
