If glo network is good in ur area, you can use glo 3gb for 1k, works on all glo sim but only on BB10 devices. Not on android.

That's what am currently using, but I need a cheap data I can use on android to upgrade the OS of my phone over the wifi network

you need data or wifi to complete setup. sometimes it just skips to the phone menu so you can complete setup later. i'll advice you get a wifi or data to complete setup.
