I will advise, u probably wait for d DNA (if possible) b4 u let ur fiancee in on d matter. Since u said Lola also has a boyfriend, it's possible d pregnancy isn't it's. However if it comes out positive, then u just have to let ur girl know b4 u proceed any further. I wish u luck.
