Did you call or mail them before you were sent this email, I have a similar issue with my application as the date of the program I was to attend was last week.

I picked up my pas sport this morning with 6 months visa approved.

Biometrics done 19th June and recieved application concluded mail on the 18th of July.

Please note that I had Canadian study visa refusal in 2018 twice and Irish visit visa refusal twice too in 2019.

I booked for premium lounge and did walk-in, so I paid for both.

Good day gurus, its been 23 working days since i did my biometric and i have not received pick up mail yet. I don't know what can be causing the delay, please advice on what to do next.

Got same email today for application that was submitted (Biometrics) on July 13th. When did u give ur biometric?

July 13th was Saturday, did you mean june 13th

Application transferred to DMC – 20-06-2019
Application received by DMC – 21-06-2019
Application transferred to VAC -11-07-2019
Application received by VAC -11-07-2019
Passport taken by applicant -12-07-2019

I was issued an Entry Visa to the Glory of God

Congratulations � did you get an email or phone call to notify you that your passport is ready for pick-up, cos I actually did my biometric that same day 19th June, but nothing yet as at today.

Good day all, please I'm new here and I need a little advice. I did my biometric 19th June at Ikeja, the graduation am attending is for 17th July. I only received application received by VAC message since the same 19th of June, it's 15 business days yesterday, please do you suggest I have a little patience or make a call through to UKVI.
