¤About OIPLC and Her Program

The International center of foreign languages studies under the tutelage of OIPLC (Organisation Internationale pour la Promotion des Langues et Cultures) was created in 2011 by Mr. Agnan Babajide Maxime.
The center is well known today as a reference center of French language learning especially for Anglophone students and a center of English language learning for francophone students.
The center has been in partnership with College of Education Akwanga, Nasarawa state University and many other individuals for their language immersion program.

As a matter of fact, the students of the College of Education Akwanga, Nasarawa state just rounded off their 2 months immersion program last week. It was a whole lot of fun for them even as they were able to learn and improve on their knowledge French language in every aspect.
We are glad to announce to you that another round of immersion program is set to kick off on the 22nd of January2018.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU:
The center offers a pleasant and comfortable means in a well secured environment for learning French language. The lecturers are very much available for the students with a natural method of teaching.

The center also offers to the students, practical training in order to add more practical to theory.
Aside all of the courses listed below to be enjoyed, students also have the opportunity of visiting some historical places and catching some fun even while learning.

Courses You Should Expect To Enjoy:
1. La Grammaire Française – students are being made to have more than a nodding acquaintance with french grammar from the least simple to the most complex.

2. Communication Écrite – students learn to write some compositions, essays, letters and creative writting in French language and in the french way.

3. Communication et Expression Orale – students learn to speak french language as fluently as possible by being put through some practical oral french classes and given the opportunity to have at least a francophone friend with whom they can speak at will.

4. Etude Littéraire et la Littérature négro-africaine d’expression française – students get to know about african french litterature, african french writers and some literary theories with which they can analyze a literary text.

5. Traduction – students learn the step-by-step methods of translating texts from English to French language and vice versa.

6. Education Physique et Sportive – OIPLC believes in the saying that “health is wealth”, thus on Saturdays, students are taken to the beach for sport activities where they ll have fun while learning french.

Registration fee is 3000 naira only.

TUITION AND ACCOMMODATION FEE

1month – 100,000 CFA (#40,000)
2months – 130,000 CFA (#81,500)
3months – 160,000 CFA (#100,000)

How do I convert this to naira? Well, it depends on the actual exchange rate as at the time you want to make your payment.
So, prospective students are strongly advised to confirm the exchange rate through the given channels of contact before proceeding to make payment.
The exchange rate may be in favour of naira and vice-versa.

As for the current exchange rate, 1,000 naira equals 1,600 CFA so the value is 1 to 1.6. Thus tuition/accommodation fee for a month would cost 63,000 naira, 2months would cost 81,500 naira while 3months would cost 100,000 naira respectively.

UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN CONFIRMED ITS LEADERSHIP POSITION BY RANKING AS THE TOPMOST UNIVERSITY IN THE COUNTRY IN THE JANUARY EDITION OF THE 2018 WEBOMETRICS.
It, however, ranks 1099 in the world (still the only Nigerian university in the top 1000 bracket in the world).
The University of Ibadan is trailed in the second position by the Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State (the only private university in the top 46 bracket) and the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, in the third position.

Despite being held down by protracted and debilitating industrial crisis last year, the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, still got rated as the best state university in the current Webometric ranking, 14th in the country and 3680th in the world.
Bayero University, Kano (15th, 3760th); Lagos State University (16th, 3807th); University of Uyo (17th, 3823rd ); University of Calabar (18th,4153rd); Nnamdi Azikiwe University (19th, 4277th) and the University of Jos (20th, 4323rd) complete the top 20 on the list).
The next best performing private university after Covenant (which is ranked second best university in Nigeria) is the Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, on the 21st position and 4329th in the world.

The University of Maiduguri, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State; American University of Nigeria, Yola, Adamawa State and Federal University of Oye-Ekiti are ranked 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th respectively in Nigeria.
The highest ranked Polytechnic is the Auchi Polytechnic 48th in Nigeria and 8623rd institution in the world; followed by the Yaba College of Technology (65th Nigeria, 10,911th world) and The Polytechnic, Ibadan (77th Nigeria, 12,202nd world).

Popular Imo Big Boy and ex-policeman, Collins Ezenwa, Popularly known as E-money, was reportedly killed today in a robbery operation carried out by him and his gang.

The news of death of the Imo big boy which left Facebook users in shock, had some taking out their shock in social media posts. Japank Akpos Godwin wrote;

These are the dead bodies of Collins Ezenwa who was killed in a robbery scene by police men in Imo State command today. It was shocking to believe that this guy was an armed robber. Wonders will never stop. What a world.

The young man claimed to have made billions of dollars in in Malaysia under one week but I was surprised yesterday when he was killed in a robbery scene by police men yesterday with his gang.

Stephanie Otobo, the lady behind the scandal of Apostle suleman has finally vindicated the pastor off the scandal. She made her confession on how she was manipulated with intentions to fall the Apostle.
She accused Strong politicians and pastors for the manipulation.
The Canadian singer, Stephanie had previously alleged she had a romantic affair with Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder of Omega Fire Ministries.
Otobo, speaking before the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) Worldwide congregation, said she was deceived by some “very strong and powerful politicians and pastors.”
Otobo said came to Nigeria from Canada with the intention to further her career.
She said she succumbed to the manipulation of the politicians and pastors because she was told it would help her career. “They paid me a lot of money,” she said.
Lizzy Johnson Suleman, wife of the apostle, addressed the congregation, asking them to forgive Otobo, as she had done.

Nigerian superstar, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popularly known as Wizkid has shared a photo that suggest the size of his bank account.
The singer on Snapchat shared the photo of a wristwatch which is said to cost about $1.2m, that is N439m if converted to Nigerian currency.
