Business Development officers must translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context in order to maximize the sales team potential and craft sales plans for high performance. He/she will be responsible for meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by on boarding clients Responsibilities 1.Good understanding of IT and financial Services in Nigeria 2. Preferably should have experience in vertical's - Payments, Financial Services, Insurance & Telecommunications. 3. The position is based in Lagos 4. Excellent knowledge in IT services or Payment Solution sales 4. Should have experience in large deals 5. Generate business from new accounts and handle current prospects and relationships 6. Minimum of 3 years experience in Insurance, Payment, Switching or Banking sector 3. Successful previous experience as a Business Development representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets 4. Hardworking, persistent, and dependable 5. Positive and enthusiastic 6. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 7. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 8.
