Fayose's reward to the best teachers in Ekiti State is good and commendable.
However, that only affects a few teachers in the state. Let him also pay all pending teachers' salaries and other fringe benefits. That is what will benefit all teachers in the state and motivate them to be more productive.

Please, mind your words and use of language. Calling the president of a country a "babuun" is not only a show of dishonour to the person of the president but also to the nation he is presiding over. The Holy Book teaches us to give honour to whom honour is due. PMB is currently the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and so, he deserves your honour no matter your personal view about his performance. Please, do not use this platform to make demeaning statements about our president. It is an insult and a dishonour to us as a nation. Let's put our moral values in place when expressing our views.
