Ussals: as such d first thing u should do is to run a check on ur cable n make sure u have a closed circuit from d jack to ur positioner, if properly checked then u need to service ur jack, NOTE :u must have a sensor to sensor connection and on d otherhand motor to motor

sammu: check ur cables. There are four connectors M1 M2 and Sensor 1 Sensor 2 both on jack and positioner. Just connect them M1 on jack to M1 on positioner. Sensor1 on jack to Sensor 1 on positioner and so on.
