The governor spoke while featuring in an interview with British Broadcasting Cooperation, BBC Igbo. Ikpeazu said the elusive IPOB leader, who speaks from both sides of his mouth never consulted him or any South East governor before taking any action. The governor insisted that Igbos do not want Nigeria to break up as they are ready to rule the country when the time comes. In cooking, palm oil is one of the important ingredients that a typical African cook can’t do without. I set this write-up to help my reader know that palm oil can also be use in many ways apart from cooking. Palm oil contain high amount of saturated fat, vitamin and antioxidants, it has so many advantage and can be use for many things. Mostly it is use for cooking, let see other use of it. 1. For Healthy Hair: it contains tocopherols and tocotrienols which makes the hair healthy. It can be use for the treatment of dandruff and other hair related infections. It can also be use to decrease graying of the hair, it adds extra sheen to dry and dull looking tresses. It helps in the softening of hard and dry hair, giving protection against dull harsh chemical product and environmental pollution. Application: apply the palm oil into the hair scalp for some minutes them wash away with shampoo. 2. Washing Of Black Pot: in the village where people use fire wood for cooking, the blackening of their pot is impossible to avoid or prevent. Scrubbing the back of the pot is very boring and time consuming, applying palm oil on it before and after using it makes washing very easy. 3. Skin Care: body odour is very embarrassing, palm oil can also be use to prevent body odour, aging, sunburn, irritation and damage from free radicals. Application: rub it all over the body before bathing. click on link to read more http://www.9jasquare.com/2017/10/apart-from-cooking-other-things-we-can.html

Keeping your skin healthy can be frustrating. Between finding the right product combination and figuring out when and how to apply everything, your skin care regimen might stress you out even more than breakouts. This is a guideline for the powerful agents that help fight any skin issues you might have as well as avoid them. Also, visit your dermatologist regularly to help plan the best strategy for anti-aging or stubborn skin issues according to your skin type. 1. Steam clean When humidity, sweat, makeup, and pollution build up in your pores, they can look like dark blemishes. To maintain your lustre, steam your face over a bowl of hot water, cleanse with your usual face wash and splash with cold water to tighten your squeaky clean face. Taking good care of my skin 2. H2O boost Many times, washing your face frequently removes natural oils, which actually causes your face to overproduce oil. It’s only necessary to wash your face twice a day – once in the morning and once at night, but if you have dry skin, wash at night and just rinse with cold water when you get up. Follow up with a water-based moisturizer. 3. Whip out your toner Toners are handy to keep in your bathroom drawer to help balance pH levels in your skin, look for toners that are free of irritants like alcohol, fragrance, menthol, colour or any other aggressive extracts. click link to see other steps http://www.9jasquare.com/2017/10/make-your-skin-smooth-and-nice-with.html

The 70-year-old widow, Mrs. Maria Okoh, who was paraded round the village after she caught having sex with a 30-year-old man in Amauzu Nkpoghoro village in Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, some days back, has been fined three goats to appease the land. According to Vanguard, the septuagenarian was caught in the act by one of her grandchildren, who had gone to give her food in her late husband’s house. The granddaughter reportedly went straight to her grandmother’s room with the food items only to meet her on the bed stack naked making love with a young man in his early 30’s. It was also learnt that the grand-daughter reportedly raised the alarm seeing what is described as an abominable act in the community; a source added that she immediately reported the matter to the elders, who in turn alerted youths of the village. The source said the villagers immediately dragged the widow and her lover out of the house, where they were hiding, and paraded round the community, chanting disgraceful songs behind them as punishment for their atrocious act. The source, who pleaded anonymity, added that the punishment meted out to the two lovers was the worst punishment anyone could go through in Afikpo land. He said the woman would have faced a greater punishment if her husband was still alive. The source, however, revealed that the act has brought shame to the widow’s family, adding that she was among the most respected women in the community before the incident. It was gathered that according to the community’s custom, the woman will give three goats as fine after being paraded round the village to appease the land. click link for full news http://www.9jasquare.com/2017/07/70-yr-old-widow-caught-sleeping-with-30.html

Press Release Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio, a thirty-year old socio-cultural organisation of the youth of Ibibio Nationality, the fourth largest tribe in Nigeria, during our June 2017 Central Working Committee meeting extensively reviewed developments past and present in the Nigerian geographical and political landscape and resolved as follow: 1. Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio considers it an affront, an act of extreme provocation and a stretch to the breaking point of the tolerance limits of the Ibibio people for some self-serving individuals in the cloak of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Movement for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) and indeed any bunch of avaricious persons howsoever called to wake up from an intoxication-induced sleep to hurriedly put out to the public a map of their dream Republic of Biafra.Their utopian republic implicitly conscripted, without any modicum of respect to consult, our own prided land of heritage of Akwa Ibom State as well as those of our blood brothers along the Atlantic Coast of Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta and and Rivers States. 2.We wish to remind the concerned Igbos that this senseless arrogance and callous disrespect for the Ibibio person, an endemic and pathological trait of their extraction has been at the core of the differences of our two nationalities. And so as it was in the first republic, so it is now and so shall it be in times to come. Ibibio has nothing in common with Igbo. To wit we differ in ancestry, culture, beliefs, character traits, language, food, names, dressing and all. 3.If the central issue militating against the viability of present day Nigeria is incurable and irreconcilable anthropological heterogeneity then it would tantamount to a generational amnesia and insanity for us to contemplate re-constructing a similar monstrous edifice on quick sand in the South East and South South regions of Nigeria when a structure on such poor foundation, or no foundation at all, is sure to collapse in no time, especially given our not-too distant experience in events and circumstances of the last civil war. 4.If the Igbos will be honestly desirous, sincerely determined and eventually successful in breaking away from Nigeria we the Ibibio people in Akwa Ibom and Cross River States will be totally indifferent and will only be here to bid them fare-well. As a distinct and independent-minded people of over seven million in population we will continue to weigh our options in the Nigerian chase board and make the right moves the way we want it, in the direction we want, at the time we want and will partner with whomever we want to, if we must partner with anyone, to serve our best interest. 5.The reaction from the 16 Arewa Youth Organisations of Northern Nigeria as published on June 6, 2017 giving three months notice till October 01, 2017 to Igbos residing in the 19 States of Northern Nigeria to vacate that region and calling on Northerners residing in the South East to do likewise was unfortunate though not surprising. Unfortunate because the persistent and hitherto suppressed call for restructuring of Nigeria is heating up to the boiling point as long foretold by observers within and without Nigeria, lending credence to the famous statement by John F. Kennedy that those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable. Unfortunate again because the high levels of ignorance and illiteracy amongst the populace in the country leave many Nigerians incapable of discerning who is an Igbo person and who is not, when and if the bubble bursts. 6. We therefore call on Northern Nigeria opinion leaders, elders, religious and political leaders and indeed the Federal Government to do the needful in reining in this mindless radicalism from their youth. Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio would like to remind the northern Nigerians that no one, youth or elders, in the country has monopoly of violence and that the lives and legitimately acquired property of the Ibibio person means the world to us. Therefore no harm must befall them wherever they have chosen to live in Nigeria and indeed anywhere on the surface of the earth. Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio believes and will ensure that the Ibibio people exact pound for pound, flesh for flesh and life for life if necessary. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has said that it will resume enforcement of psychiatric tests on traffic law offenders in the country with effect from July 1. According to Bisi Kazeem, FRSC 's Corps Public Education Officer, in a press release in Abuja today , Corps Marshal, Dr Boboye Oyeyemi, stated this at the opening of a five-day training programme for 22 FRSC officials on traffic safety for non-motorised transportation (NMT) in Abuja on Monday. Oyeyemi said the test would focus on four areas of violations namely, use of phone while driving, traffic light and route violations as well as dangerous driving. The move, according to him, is necessitated by continued violations in the identified four areas despite efforts by the Corps to change the behaviour of motorists through education and enforcement. We are worried about the continuous use of phone while driving, traffic light violations, route violations and dangerous driving. I have invited the commanding officers for a strategic session on Friday. We will give them full directives to resume the referral of all these class of offenders to various government hospitals for check of their mental state. I think it is an act of irresponsibility for somebody to be driving and be using phone or for a traffic light to stop you and you are jumping the line. It means something is wrong with your mental faculty. So, there is need to examine this, to really check whether you are fit to drive, whether you have the mental capability. Fine is not the issue; the issue is we need a positive attitudinal change of Nigeria. We cannot continue to be having fatal crashes due to traffic light violations, people jumping the traffic lights, I think it is crass irresponsibility. Oyeyemi said that offenders would bear the cost of the test in addition to paying the stipulated fines. He stated that the FRSC was empowered by its enabling act to undertake the proposed psychiatric examination. The Act (FRSC Establishment Act) is very clear on this. You can challenge it. People have been challenging the act, and that is the beauty of democracy. You can challenge it if you want to. For you to have a drivers license, you must go for medical test. So, I can refer you back for medical check. What I am asking you to do is to go back for rechecking whether you are actually fit for driving, simple. It is very clear. The offender will bear the cost. When they confirm that he is fit, then he will go for retraining programme and pay the fine. The Corps Marshall said the NMT training programme, which is sponsored by the Government of Netherlands through its embassy in Nigeria, was pursuant to corps’ determination to mainstream non-motorised transportation in the country. Non-motorised transportation includes walking, bicycling, skating, wheelchair travel and other forms of human powered transportation. Oyeyemi said that besides reducing accidents, bicycling promotes clean urban transportation and physical fitness. He said the FRSC had been in the forefront of the campaign for cycling as a means of transportation in the country over the years. According to him, the corps has developed working documents, built collaborations with other stakeholders and rolled out several programmes including the National Bicycle Week as part of its advocacy. He said the NMT training programme, which is being sponsored by the Government of Netherlands through its embassy in Nigeria, was in furtherance of the corps’ efforts. He explained that the training would improve the knowledge of FRSC personnel on NMT to enhance the agency’s advocacy and adaptation to safety for this mode of transportation. This is a certainty to propel attainment of the goals of the United Nations Decade of Action for Road Safety aimed at reducing road crashes and fatalities to 50 per cent by 2020. We need to promote this form of transportation because talking about climate change, Nigeria is signatory to the Paris Accord. So, we need to reduce greenhouse effects through control of emission control, and this is one of the ways to. There is no reason why I cannot ride bicycle from my house to the office which I will be doing once in a while. We should ride our bicycles which is another form of exercise,’’ he said. The Dutch embassy is providing both the financial and technical support for the training, which is divided into two phases. Under the first phase, eight middle level officers of the FRSC underwent a week training on NMT in Netherlands between May 28 and June 3. click link for full story and photo http://www.angle909ja.com/2017/06/psychiatric-test-for-traffic-law.html

Is only the gullible ones that would ever accept to go with the greedy and selfish Igbo as BIAFRA! Ojukwu in his greedy mind came back and became a Nigerian and buried a Nigerian! Left the cross to our IBIBIO son, late Otoekong Philip Effiong, who was devoted to the course till the very end and was buried a Biafran! Those gullibles of today that are mengling with the Igbo to BIAFRA whatever! I would call them to their senses! Israel is not as big as the old calabar region ( IBIBIO NATION) which has a land area of 29,903kmsq compare to Slovakia of 19k! To avoid discrimination and marginalization, let's call our people to order because we the IBIBIO NATION would never be part of BIAFRA or Niger Delta republic agitated by ijaw militants! One could remember that during the colonial period, IBIBIO people sought for IBIBIO NATION! Then Today akwaibom, Cross rivers and Bakassi which is ceded to Cameroon were all IBIBIO territories and AKOP USEM! We are the oldest tribe in Nigeria and we deserved that respect and seniority to exist independently on own whilst have the Niger Delta republic and BIAFRA as our neighboring friendly countries! A word is enough for the wise! Advice our youths lest we fall into the unknown tragedies! Long live the IBIBIO NATION aka Mme AKOP USEM! It all happen in the year 1989 August 13, a star was born, which I would say; the mother of rap was born. Music was introduced to her by her mother who loves playing record of the 70's and 80's which got her influence by wonderful and prominent artist like Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Sade Adu, The Carpenters, John Lennon and Don Williams. At the age of seven she was already in the church choir and stated acting in her drama club while in school. Age 10 she wrote a shot story and dream of being an author, due to the love she had for music, after listening to "Cleanin' Out My Closet" a song by American rapper Eminem from his album The Eminem Show (2002), she was inspired to pursue a professional rap career, from that day she began to write rap verses, her love for words and rhyming pulled her deeper into the hip hop genre. She started auditioning for acting and modelling roles, starting the journey she started as a photography model, i was happy to hear that she graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Bowen University. I still remember, in 2009 when i started listening to rap music her attention was drag to me and that was her first ever studio recording on Lil Wayne's "A Milli" instrumental featuring Tha Suspect title "I Dey Play", the call her The Queen Of Nigerian Rap Music, De Rap Diva, to me any time i play her song, see her on T V or hear her voice on radio, i scream loud, The Mother Of Rapp, am talking about no other person than Eva Alordiah also know as Eva. For those of us who don’t real know her well, let me help you. Elohor Eva Alordiah better known as Eva Alordiah or simply Eva, is a Nigerian rapper, entertainer, make-up artist, fashion designer and entrepreneur, she is considered as one of the best female rappers in Nigeria Since her breakthrough into the Nigerian Music Industry in 2009, Eva has won several awards including Nigeria Entertainment Award, Eloy Award and YEM award, which I will go into her awards and nominations in details. Her debut EP, titled The GIGO E.P, was released on 20 November 2011, In November 2014; Eva released her self-titled second EP. Eva is the owner of makeupByOrsela, a company that specialises in Makeup services. That was not the end of the story but just the beginning of it, Eva kept the hustling moving, pushing hard, she said to herself “I Will Neva Stop Till I Get To The Top”. On the 20 November 2011 Eva released her debut EP, The GIGO E.P. The EP was supported by four singles: "I Done Did It", "Down Low", "Garbage Out (Your Fada)", and "High" The EP's was produce by Sossick, Tintin and Gray Jon'z, Sossick produce "I Done Did it" and was released as the EP's lead single. In an interview in 2012 with Halley Bondy of MTV Iggy, Eva said "i was honored to have worked with the above mentioned producers and i had fun recording the EP". I always tell people to be successful you must have these two thing in your mine, Determination and Hard work, Eva, so young with the spirit of a hustler, she was determine and hard working that after the release of her debut EP, The GIGO E.P in 2011, a year after being 2012 she released the second single title "High", the music video for the single was directed by Mex and released on 24 May 2012. One thing i really like about her was that she was giving it back to back, spirit of a hustler, mother of rap, what were you expecting “back to back”. February 2013, she drops her second single title “Mercy" produces by Sossick. On 29 July 2013, Eva released the promotional single "Lights Out", the song was produced by Gray Jon'z. The music video for the song was directed by Patrick Elis. In an interview with the Leadership newspaper, Eva said “I recorded the song to showcase my versatility as an artist”. August 2013, Eva signed a management deal with Radioactiiv, also in the same year and month; Nokia Nigeria enlisted her as one of the judges for its annual Don't Break Da Beat competition. That was the sprit, the sprit which says “i will never stop, till i get to the top”, December 2013; UK producer Drox featured her in the music video for "Mercy". After the rain comes the sun, sorrows in the night, joy in the morning, 2014 another great year, this year present 1960 and other release of Eva Alordiah, a.k.a Eva. "Deaf" was released on 24 January 2014 as the album's lead single and was produced by Gray Jon'z, The music video for "Deaf" was shot and directed by Patrick Elis and was remixed by rapper Boogey. Because of her hard work and focus, she was featured in the Lagos edition of BBC Radio 1xtra's Live Lounge alongside M.I, 2face Idibia, Wizkid and Iyanya, without any waste of time, On 11 March 2014, she released "Shuga". Our elders say; you must urinate on a spot before it foam, meaning before you achieve your desire goal you must fight toward it constantly. 31 August 2014, more blessing show up, according to Thisday newspaper, Eva became an ambassador of Guinness Nigeria's Made of Black campaign, alongside Olamide and Phyno which she performed at the campaign's launch and was featured in the campaign's television commercial. 2o14, to me i will say, it was like Eva was in a war front because she was firing as if the will be no tomorrow, still on her stand she released "War Coming" On 25 September 2014 as the upcoming album's second single. The song was produced by Tintin and features guest vocals from Sir Dauda. Eva announced the title of her debut studio album 1960, on the 6 of November 2014, which was slated for a January 2015 release, The album was to feature guest collaborators such as Darey Art Alade, Femi Kuti, Yemi Alade, Olamide, Sarkodie and Sir Dauda. That same year 20 November 2014, Eva released a self-titled second EP for free digital download, On 6 March 2015, Eva premiered the music video for "War Coming", which was directed by MEX. Eva Alordiah released her second mixtape titled Because You Been Waiting, on 1 March 2016 which consists of five songs and features a sample of DMX's 2000 single "Want”. With all this hard work and achievement i hope you have seen and believe that Eva Alordiah is the mother of Nigerian rap music. In Nigerian music industry, i don’t really know what’s going on that rappers can’t maintain their place as rappers, you see somebody who call himself a rapper singing, that’s why when i feel like listening to Nigerian rap music i play M.I, Yung6ix, splash(another female rapper i love so much), and (the mother of Nigerian rap music) Eva Alordiah. That was not the end of it, 10 may 2017 Eva release “Take charge” a rap which is guided with emotional and inspirational lyric. When ever am down or feel like am loss hope i play take charge because the lyric comes with word of encouragement, when i said word of encouragement i mean word that makes you understand and know who you are. Here is the lyric below Click link to read full story and see the lyric http://www.angle909ja.com/2017/06/the-history-of-eva-alordiah.html

For a computer to boot is different from a computer to on, when a computer or laptop is on you will see light on the casing, probably hear the fan blowing from inside and even hear some sound but nothing will show on the screen while in booting, it will display on the screen or monitor. Many things can cause your laptop or computer not to display; fixing a computer with this problem could take 1 to 2 hours depending on why exactly the computer or laptop isn't displaying anything on the screen or monitor, which we'll figure out as we troubleshoot the issue. 1. Test your screen or monitor. Before you begin more complicated and time-consuming troubleshooting make sure you test your monitor or screen to confirm that it is working properly. It's possible that your computer is working fine and your monitor is your only problem. 2. Verify that your PC has fully power cycled. In other words, make sure your computer has completely restarted - make sure that it's coming on from a completely powered-off state. Often times a computer will appear to "not be on" when actually it's just having problems resuming from either the Standby/Sleep or Hibernate power saving mode in Windows. Note: You can power off your computer completely while in a power saving mode by holding the power button down for 3 to 5 seconds. After the power is completely off, turn on your PC and test to see if it will boot normally. 3. Troubleshoot the cause of the beep code if you're lucky enough to get one. A beep code will give you a very good idea of exactly where to look for the cause of your computer turning off. If you don't resolve the problem by troubleshooting to the specific beep code, you can always return here and continue with the steps below. 4. Clear the CMOS. Clearing the BIOS memory on your motherboard will return the BIOS settings to their factory default levels. A BIOS misconfiguration could be why your PC won't start up all the way. Important: If clearing the CMOS does fix your problem, make sure any changes you make in BIOS are completed one at a time so if the problem returns, you'll know which change caused your issue. 5. Verify that the power supply voltage switch is set correctly. If the input voltage for the power supply is not correct (based on your country) then your computer might not turn on completely. There's a good possibility that your PC wouldn't power on at all if this switch is wrong but an incorrect power supply voltage might also prevent your computer from starting properly in this way too. 6. Reseat everything possible inside your PC. Reseating will re-establish the various connections inside your computer and is very often a "magic" fix to problems like this one. Try reseating the following and then see if your computer begins to display something on screen: Reseat all internal data and power cables Reseat the memory modules Reseat any expansion cards Note: Unplug and reattach your keyboard and mouse as well. There isn't a great possibility that the keyboard or mouse is causing your computer to not turn on fully but we might as well reconnect them while we're reseating everything else. 7. Check for causes of electrical shorts inside your computer. This is often the cause of the problem when the computer powers off by itself but certain shorts can also prevent your computer from booting fully or showing anything on the monitor. 8. Test your power supply. Just because your computer's fans and lights are working does not mean that the power supply is functioning properly. The PSU tends to cause more problems than any other hardware and is often the cause of a computer not coming on all the way. Replace your power supply immediately if it fails any test you perform. Important: I want to make this point very clear - do not skip a test of your power supply thinking that your problem can't be the PSU because "things are getting power." Power supplies can work in varying degrees - one that isn't fully functional needs to be replaced. Tip: After replacing the power supply, assuming you do, keep your PC plugged in for 5 to 10 minutes prior to turning it on. This gives time for some recharging of the CMOS battery, which may have been drained.
