Go to eco bank and print out your statement of account from the day you initiated the transaction till date and forward the statement to access.....or better still ask eco to provide you with the 30 digits NIBSS ID generated for the transaction for easy tracking..... Its just a system failure from either access or NIBSS.......Your fund is safe and you will be credited |
