WES send my documents back to school for verification. Now my school is ready to send the verified documents back to WES but they want to scan it. Is it advisable for them to scan or should they send it via DHL?

The verification can be done electronically. In so far as it is sent using the school email, I think it's fine.

Modified : To be on a safer side, you can also ask the courier service in your school to send the original verified copy to WES.

I’m new on here and also having issues with Wes Canada
Plus mine is quite different from what have been seeing so far.
Had started my evaluation since last year,sent the required documents to WES and they’ve accepted quite few numbers of doc
But the latest problem is the message on my
Profile is
“Status: On hold
We are completing research on your institution’s accreditation and your program of study.”
Lest I forget, I school in benin republic Cotonou.
Les Cour sonou university.
Kindly help a brother with necessary info on how to go about it

P.s I had a diplploma in Bus admin and later on moved to continue my bsc in bus admin too. The diploma one has no issue except from the fact that they are waiting for my institution to Get back to them for verification.

Are you sure your certificate was sent along with the transcript by your school?

You can make use of hellofax, make a photocopy of your certificate, write your reference number on it and scan the copy. Send it through hellofax, they will receive it in 2-3 days.

A magnanimous soul gave out this information in a group. I feel it will be very helpful to this thread. In his word

"Greetings Sir/Ma,

For those who are expecting fund for your WES evaluation perhaps in a month time you can actually start by selecting the "Money Order" mode of payment, this will allow the issuance of a "WES Reference Number" specific to you which will be used as a correspondence from your institution to WES pending the completion of your evaluation

Once WES inform you that your evaluation report is ready but you will be reminded that you still need to make payment to unseal the evaluation report

This will be approximately a month or almost two months then you can change your mode of payment to card

After defraying the bill you will have access to your WES evaluation report

This is the strategy I deployed while trying to do my WES evaluation."

What school is it? if it isn't really a top ranked school, it will be frowned upon by the V.O. and

Also, if the loan is covering the total cost of attendance and he didn't get financial support from his parent or uncle, its a red flag.
