I think it is clear that the vast majority of US cars shipped to Nigeria are not road-worth. I don't believe anyone needs to be educated on this. US. cars are not built for Nigerian or African roads. They are non-tropicalised vehicles and vehicles built for Africa are designed as tropicalised vehicles.

So far as we cannot have them do business with us to the extent of building manufacturing plants in Africa, we are at their mercy. Talk of non tropicalised cars, temperatures in Arizona and New Mexico in summer are warmer than nigerian temperature. Our people need to be more well informed on how to obtain Carfax reports on cars before they purchase them.
