And you rushed here to tell us? |
Maamin:Lols. That girl matter tire me. |
evegran:Low IQ? Oh really? So all you could make out from the entire story is that I disrespect women. Even with all the IQs you have? It is only a person with zero IQ that will attack the messenger instead of addressing the message. The best thing to when you come across a post that is far beyond your comprehension is to pass. I never said that you're illiterate, read my comment again, or do you have incurable problem with comprehension? I said that you don't sound like a reasonable adult. And just so you know, every living person on earth is in one way or the other an illiterate. Let me tell you what my post is about, hopefully you will make sense in your next comment. Do you watch music videos? Do you notice how ladies expose their body and dance half unclad so that the music will market? Do you know that those who make all the money are the well dressed gentlemen that are with the ladies? Doesn't this tell you that those ladies present women as something to be used? Now how does this amount to me disrespecting women or being a coward? For the last time, you don't reason like a responsible adult and it has nothing to do with your literacy. Miss Book. |
APCeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! |
evegran:You don't sound like a reasonable adult truly |
bitchcrafts:Lols. My brother, whoever doesn't consider the effect his or her action has on the society needs to have his or her brain checked. |
dauntless15:Sorry, I misunderstood you |
The same way you feel about the devaluation(no benefit) is the way we feel about your one year in office. |
foolinlove:Rihanna dresses like a slag. Judgement passed already. But maybe, just maybe, she may be good inside. Is alright. If our looks doesn't define us then how can we have the attire of a slug? How can you say that she dresses like one? Well, the cover of a book speaks a volume about the content. |
Good morning sir@Lalasticlala |
foolinlove:Morning dear. Well, I firmly believe that my decisions define me. When I go shopping for instance, I only buy what I like, and when I wear it, I advertise that fact. So I show off my personality and reveal my character to those who see me. When I make a conscious decision to put an article of clothing or something of the sort on myself, I always ask myself how people will see me because choice of my clothing speaks Louder than the talk. The motives of my character is always seen by what I wear. People will always judge me by the looks. I believe What we wear is a true reflection of the heart. Because it is from out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks. We always sell ourselves by our looks, hence the saying that seeing is believing and actions speak louder than words. When a person dresses himself or herself, then their character is expressed by their choice of clothing. Anytime a person puts on clothes, they are expressing something about themselves. How do you recognise a madman? First by his rag attire and then actions. So you see? Our dress makes all the difference. A person's choice in all things reflect their character, even down to the details of their clothing |
herbie27:First thing first, the question isn't necessary because I didn't generalize. The heading of the article says why men degrade most ladies. This shows that there are exceptions. The focus of the article itself is on women on media and the ladies that copy from them. So what are you saying? Are all women on media? Does every lady copy from them? I really don't you when you talk about generalization. We have no problem leaving people to their choices, our major problem is their inability to accept the consequences of their choice. You can't disrespect yourself and other women and still clamour for respect because you're a woman, this has always been my main point. If you wish to be respected then make choices that will earn you respect. |
Hipsofagoddess:Lols. Is that what you can deduce from the whole article? |
dauntless15:Don't you think you contradict yourself a bit bro? Earlier, you said that should be corrected in the appropriate manner now you're saying that they should be left to their choices. Let me state that my post not in anyway denying people their freedom of whatever they they wish but they should equally accept the consequences of the choice they made. Are you away that every wrong choice we make affects the society? Too much freedom of choice is crippling us, trust me because choice can also foster selfishness and a lack of empathy because it can focus people on their own preferences and on themselves at the expense of what is good for society as a whole. These people that I am talking about in my main post do not ask themselves who am I in this attire, how do I present women and how will all the people that see me respond?. If they feel ok after giving themselves honest answers to this questions then should gladly accept the few consequences that comes with indecent exposure, which are disrespect and degrading. Good morning sir |
herbie27:cc dauntless15 |
herbie27:Do I look like someone you can blackmail emotionally? That trick of using someone's mom or sister to shut him or her up online doesn't work on Me. The heading of the posts says some ladies. The body focused on women on media and people that copy them so where exactly is the generalization? Please just pass. |
dauntless15:For her to step out in public with such dress means she has disrespected her parents already. I get your point alright but some will not even pay attention to your hi. |
Anti Plastic Chair |
dauntless15:Ready the comment you quoted again. Not everyone listens to advice no matter your manner of approach. Many will tell you that a woman is free to express herself the way she feels. Some claim that they dress that way because they feel comfortable in it, you get? But if you try to(I never said that I do) address her as whom she expressed herself to be they would say you disrespect women. |
Triczchic:Is there anything you own that is truly personal? |
Triczchic:One look at your dp revealed why you're being over all defensive. |
Florblu:Well, they are most times the ones who clamour to be respected as women. |
Triczchic:And you didn't notice that story focused mainly on women on media and those who copy from them? |
dauntless15:When you say that a woman's dress is wrong, women will say that she's free to express herself the way she likes.Op, its very simple, dress the way you want to be addressed, too baring ur slutty, too tight your deeper life, too quirky you're a bookworm, too simple you're eccentric, too old school your a granny, too formal you're over serious But when you address her as whom she expressed herself to be, they would say you disrespect women. |
Triczchic:Chill sister, I am not here to attack or disrespect women. If you feel pained then talk to your sisters. |
tchijay:Do their lives revolve around guys and what they want? Do they live their lives to please guys? If yes then that's exactly what I am saying and it is pathetic. |
Ever since the creation of the world, men have always seen and treated women As something to be used for sexual satisfaction. Though there were, still is a few men who know the true value of women but they were and have been in minority since time immemorial. Now, there was a time some learned women looked into this and realised that the way men treat Women is very wrong so they organized themselves and challenged men. They fought hard to see that every woman gets the respects she deserves, that every woman should be treated as a human being first before gender. fortunately their mission was successful but today's women actually want that old treatment. It is clear from all indication that they wish to be treated like sex Objects. At least, that is what everything about them says. Just take a look at these pictures. https://i2.wp.com/www.gltrends.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/souti2.jpg?w=750&ssl=1 https://i0.wp.com/www.gltrends.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/souti3.jpg?w=820&ssl=1 What do you see? The problem with these people isn't that they exposed their body[at least they wore it to an event which we all know is a place for indecent exposure] but that they are people's role models. The reason I stopped watching Nigeria music videos is because what they show there is unclad senseless dancers who do not know that they can influence how people view women. Who do not know that they portray how women are viewed, how they view themselves, and turning women into sex objects. The New Women in the media are responsible for the degrading of women in our society because when their fans see them and copy from them, they present themselves as something to be used. The funniest thing is that these women on media are the ones who always scream that women should be respected. For what? Having breast? They are the same people who not refer to women's beauty as intelligence, how good of a mother or a wife they are but how big their breasts and butt is. Any attempt to correct them will get you responses like "Only God can judge me, you can’t”, “Leave them alone”, “Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion”; “Mind your business”. I will mind my business truly but I cannot respect you. Good dressing is good business. It will elicit respect from your fellow female folks and male folks. Now Look at this picture. Ijeoma660:You go sabi confuse person as I dey see you. Tele-medicine, Tele-conferencing, Tele-confusion etc. |
Sugarhugs:Nah so we dey hear. Small world, life is short as if they've seen anything that is longer than life. |
LordScent:Laniky please give me small change from the 50k. That's it. |
doyinisaac:When a yam eater recovers yam from another yam eater, does he keep it? The looted funds have been looted already. |
All these people saying small world sha, has any of you ever seen something that's bigger than this world? Unah dey confuse Me walahi. A conductor ran away with my N80 around 3pm on 14 may 2010. I searched for him for two days and couldn't find him. I still search him anytime I go Lagos and I am yet to see him. This is Lagos alone and people tell me it's a small. People spend their entire life searching for their missing rib, the women are also busy searching for the owner of the rib they carry. Many of them die without meeting each other and yet it is a small world. Abeg make unah swerve biko. Even those that say life is short dey confuse me too, what else is longer than life? |

Leave ppl to their choices.
